"Initially planned a stay at Whistler Peak lodge for 9 nights. Had a flight cancellation on Friday by Air Canada due to wild fires. Flight was rescheduled for Saturday next day. My request to refund us the one night that we were not able to use due to flight cancellation was rejected by the hotel. ..."
