"The room was clean and pretty. The shower/bathtub had a very slow drain. One of the staff members was willing to snake the drain for us but it did not help much. The property needs to do fix it. Mr. Marty at the front desk is so kind and helpful! He is very knowledgeable and welcoming. The continental breakfast is wonderful! Our room had a lovely table and chairs to sit at and enjoy breakfast."

"I am not one to leave a bad review... but this is warranted. The staff during check in were nice, after that... it went down hill. The rooms definitely need to be updated. There was water damage on the cabinets and smelled Smokey/ musty. The hallways could've used a good carpet cleaning as well. We went and bought air fresheners to get by. "This cabin was a wonderful place to use as a base for our 3 women get-away. Although small, the cabin was comfortable and very nicely decorated. Everything you need is there. Its location is great, being between Beulah/Crystal Lake and Traverse City/Interlochen. We had a wonderful stay; highly recommended."
