A complimentary watercraft fleet includes a canoe, two stand-up paddleboards, and a paddleboat. Travel just minutes along the creek to the Colorado River.

Unwind at home after a day of river fun. Two wraparound decks, appointed with comfy seating, create 1,800 square feet of water-view outdoor living space. Inside, you’ll love the plush furnishings and sparkling kitchen.

LIVING AREA

A large sectional provides ample seating around the 65” flat-screen TV in the living area. A small library of DVDs and a collection of kids’ toys promise hours of amusement.

KITCHEN & DINING

The gourmet kitchen boasts sleek granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. You’ll also find a convenient starter supply of paper towels and dish soap.

When it’s time to eat, perch at the kitchen bar for four or gather for festive waterfront meals at the tables for 10 on the lower deck.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home sleeps up to six guests in two bedrooms.

Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom, outfitted with a queen-size bed and a 42” TV. Slide open the chic barn doors to reveal a gorgeous view of the backyard and the water. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with two twin-over-twin bunk beds (one of which also has a twin trundle).

This single-level home is accessed via a flight of external stairs at the entryway.

This home offers access to the Colorado River via Williams Creek, which runs through the backyard.

Travel 5 miles to Longhorn Cavern State Park and explore dried riverbeds located 130’ underground.

Wine connoisseurs will appreciate the close proximity to vineyards like Torr Na Lochs (16 miles) and Perissos (3 miles).

Things to Know:
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.



Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
