We are excited to welcome you to this beautiful, spacious home, located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes' walk or drive to Oakledge Park, local breweries, grocery stores and shopping. Only a 5-minute drive to downtown Burlington! First floor private entrance, off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles.

Large open living room/dining area. Two BR with comfortable queen-sized beds. Desk/workspace in one BR, dresser in the other. Roomy closets in both BR. Living room couch has a queen-sized pull-out bed w/ very comfortable "foam topper." Kitchen is well-stocked with essentials. Sweet back porch.

Guests have access and use of the screened-in porch and the backyard.

We really enjoyed our stay. The whole house was spotless and cozy. The decor was so cute, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We appreciated the coffee and tea that was provided for us. The host was very easy to communicate with, and the instructions for entry and check out were very clear. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect Stay!We truly enjoyed your comfortable home and thank you for hosting us Daryl and Janel.Just a great location in a quiet neighborhood yet a short drive from the action on Church Street and UVM Campus. Your home is maintained beautifully - very clean with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen (coffee - decaf and regular greatly appreciated as well as the automatic drip coffee maker instead of the usual Kuerig)Love the screened in back porch where we enjoyed morning coffee and listening to the birds. We wanted to be near our daughter on campus, but also wanted a roomy, quiet place to stay and this was perfect! Our adult son joined us and needed a place to work remotely. The duplex is on a quiet cul-de-sac about 10 minutes from campus. Loved the screened in porch, too. Communication with owners was top-notch! We've stayed at many VRBOs and this was probably the best communication I've experienced. All questions were answered promptly and when we needed to add a night, responded quickly. House is very well appointed - lots of towels, kitchen utensils and ingredients, and comfy Queen beds. Lots of storage in closets and dressers. Highly recommend.

An absolute gem!

We stayed at the property while celebrating our anniversary, and were just thrilled with it! The house is beautifully decorated, and completely immaculate. It’s located in a convenient spot, steps from grocery stores and a Starbucks for that morning coffee run. But also just minutes away from downtown, the waterfront and several great places to hike. Day trips to other quaint spots are a breeze. Our hosts were extremely responsive, checking in with us to see if we needed anything, while providing lots of information about the property and the area. They also provided everything you could need in the home, as well as surprising us with a small anniversary gift! If you’re thinking about visiting this property, don’t hesitate, it’s an absolute gem. We’d go back in a heartbeat - thank you SO much for a wonderful vacation spot.

Beautifully decorated property, fully equipped and in a great location for Burlington and the surrounding area. Great amenities within a short distance. Great place!

This is a cute, nicely renovated, and clean place. My wife enjoyed the neighborhood for early morning walks. We liked the back screened porch in the evening and it was a short drive to downtown. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

A home away from home!

We felt right at home the moment we walked in! All the rooms were clean, well equipt and welcoming. The screened-in porch is a quiet and private space where we were able to hang out and enjoy the weather, boath rain and sunshine. Having coffee shops, restaurants and a drug store in walking distance make this an ideal location. It's also close enough to the interstate so we could easily head to Stowe, South Hero and other desired locations. Downtown Burlington is minutes away. We'd definitely stay here again!

Comfortable, Clean and Convenient

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay in lovely accommodations. This rental is on a quiet street that is very convenient to the UVM campus where we were visiting our daughter. The rental was very clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay there again on future trips. Highly recommend!
