The Accommodation
This approximately 95 m² apartment on the first floor of the Punkt XII e.V. seminar house is ideal for small groups, couples, or families looking for a quiet and inspiring place in the Steigerwald.

🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements
The apartment features two connected bedrooms with a total of 5 sleeping spots:

‣ Large room: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, table with chairs & sofa

‣ Small room (accessible from the large room): 1 double bed

This layout makes the apartment particularly suitable for families or close-knit groups. It is not possible to rent individual rooms.

Right behind the front door is a charming, wood-paneled kitchen with basic amenities.

Optionally, you can also use the professional commercial kitchen in the seminar house. Breakfast is not included in the price but can be booked on site.

‣ Towel rack

‣ Fresh towels included

Guest Access
During their stay, guests have exclusive access to the entire Apartment 3 on the first floor of the Punkt XII e.V. seminar house. This includes both bedrooms, the cozy kitchen with dining area, and the fully equipped bathroom. Access is via the glass-enclosed entrance hall at number 23 and a spiral staircase leading to the red apartment door.

In addition, our guests have free use of the outdoor area at the back of the house, which features a fire pit and seating—perfect for relaxing evenings surrounded by nature.

The seminar rooms and the professional catering kitchen in the building can also be used upon request. Just get in touch with us—we look forward to hearing from you!

Additional Important Information
The seminar house is located in the charming, quiet village of Oberrimbach, surrounded by a hilly landscape of forests and meadows.
Via the nearby A3 highway, you can easily reach the nearest major cities—Würzburg, Nuremberg, and Bamberg—in less than an hour.
Within walking distance of the house lies the Steigerwald, which, with its numerous trails, invites you to go hiking, biking, and horseback riding.
