WHG 2: Max. 12 people & meal options; kitchen use

The “Punkt XII e.V.” retreat center features several separate apartments, each with its own unique character and amenities. Depending on your preferences and needs, you can book individual rooms or entire apartments.
Apartment 2 has a total of 5 rooms with 11–12 sleeping accommodations and 2 bathrooms. There is an additional shower in one of the rooms. See photos. Book the use of the seminar house’s dining facilities through this listing (see below).

The Accommodation
The apartment has 5 rooms, with the large room (number 24) also featuring a staircase leading to the attic. The apartment has two single rooms (numbers 22 and 26), one double room with a double bed (number 21), one double room with two single beds (number 23)—including a new toilet and sink—and the large room with a total of 5 single beds on two floors (number 24) for 6 adults. The room has a shower and sink. There is also a shared bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

In the building across the street, there is a large dining room with a table and chairs for up to 40 or more people. There is also a second dining room with a piano, approximately 100 square meters in size. Additionally, there is an outbuilding of approximately 65 square meters, which houses a professional stainless-steel commercial kitchen available for hourly use. Two hours are included in the price per apartment booking (following a briefing). Any additional hours can be booked upon request for approximately 50 €, depending on the number of guests and the number of days booked. The final cleaning fee is generally 150 euros, though this may vary depending on the number of guests and the number of days rented. The prices listed here are not included in the booking! A flat rate can be agreed upon in advance! I recommend clarifying and agreeing on this before your trip begins! We’ll bill you via the “Additional Services” option. If this is not confirmed in connection with the booking within 3 days, we may cancel the booking on our end. There are also separate restrooms in the dining area: 3 women’s restrooms and 2 men’s restrooms. And three urinals for men :-)) . You must bring your own food for cooking. Instruction is required for the commercial refrigerator, pizza oven, convection oven, and dishwashing station. If necessary, we’ll be happy to assist you here.

Guest Access
The entrance to the apartment is located in the side entrance of house number 23. Right next to the parking spaces, you’ll reach the front door via a paved and partially covered courtyard (see photos). Enter “Freiwillige Feuerwehr Oberrimbach” into your GPS, and you’ll be directed straight to the property’s parking lot, which you’re welcome to use free of charge.

The key safe is located immediately to the right of the front door (see photo). The front door key is in the safe; the room key is inside the room door. You can request the current code upon inquiry.

Take the staircase to the second floor, where you’ll find a hallway with a large sideboard containing flyers and information about the region. At the end of this hallway, there is a door on both the left and right. Take the right door marked “Apartment 2.” From there, you’ll enter the apartment hallway, from which all five rooms and the bathroom branch off.

The entrance to the commercial kitchen and dining area is located directly across the street from the main road that runs through the town of Oberrimbach. You will receive a personal tour of the premises and the on-site kitchen.

Additional Important Information
The seminar house is located in the charming, quiet village of Oberrimbach, surrounded by a hilly landscape of forests and meadows.
Via the nearby A3 highway, you can easily reach the nearest major cities—Würzburg, Nuremberg, and Bamberg—in less than an hour.
Within walking distance of the house lies the Steigerwald, which, with its numerous trails, is ideal for hiking, biking, and horseback riding.
