It has 4 bedrooms with terrace and 3 bathrooms, one of them en suite. Only 12 minutes from Palma and beaches ... 12 minutes to Sóller, Puerto de Sóller, Valldemossa, Deia, Santa María ... Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in einer einzigartig schönen Villa mit tollem Grundstück/Garten. Die Villa ist sehr großzügig, sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe eingerichtet.

Our family of 9 - from aged 4 to 74 travelled from 3 countries for a family reunion. Everyone had a wonderful time and the house, pool and garden delighted us all. Humi is an excellent property manager. the r d of pur dtsy.

The villa proved to be an excellent choice for our family of 8, inc one infant. Modern spacious well maintained & well appointed with good appliances. Set just off the main road with a equestrian centre behind, & surrounded by mountains at rear , the villa is atill close to Soller , its Port, Bunyola to get the train into Soller if yiu wish & small but suitable supermarket only few mins drive away in Palmanyola. The villa manager was always available to answer & resolve any minor issues we had. Overall a wonderful villa that provides everything for a relaxing family break .

Lovely villa, very spacious. Fantastic pool. Great surroundings - our kids had a go at horse riding at the local riding club which was lovely. Humi was very organised, responsive and friendly. Would definitely return again

Wir können diese Villa nur wirklich jedem empfehlen. Sehr sauber und ordentlich, modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Villa liegt am Fuß der Tramuntanas und die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Soller ist in 10 Min mit dem Auto erreicht, Valldemossa ist auch nicht weit entfernt und immer einen Besuch wert. Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war einwandfrei, es gibt nichts zu meckern. Einzig die Müllentsorgung muss eigenständig organisiert werden und der Müll muss in Mülltonnen in einem der nächsten Orte gebracht werden. Das könnte verbessert werden. Die Autobahn in der Nähe ist kaum zu hören und hat überhaupt nicht gestört so wie andere das hier bewertet haben. Direkt nebenan ist ein Pferdehof für Interessierte und es gibt einige Wege für schöne Spaziergänge in dieser schönen Gegend. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit mit der Familie oder Freunden wiederkommen! Danke auch an Humi, eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die jederzeit hilfsbereit war, wenn man Fragen hatte.

We had the most wonderful week at the villa, it was exactly as pictured. We had a family reunion after not all being together for 3 years and it was perfect location, with lots of beautiful areas to sit and take in the fabulous views and lovely garden, and a great pool which we spent a lot of time in. The villa was very spacious, clean and modern and Humi was wonderful, always very quick to respond if we needed her. Thanks Humi we will be back for sure!

We had a lovely time at the villa which is a short distance from Bunyola. Great location for trips to Soller and the mountains (good for running too) and only 15-20 mins to Palma. 2 mins drive to Alfabia Gardens. Very well equipped, spacious villa. Great pool that the children loved with a helpful ‘shelf’ in the shallow end that was perfect for 1 year old to sit on. Next to a main road but car noise was only a very minor disturbance - really not a problem at all. Friendly welcome from Humi who kept us up to date with information and advice prior to our arrival - thank you. We’d definitely consider staying here again were we to return to Mallorca. Thanks!

Die Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen. Tolle Ausstattung, riesiges Grundstück. Für die Lage vergebe ich nur 4 Sterne, weil die Hauptstraße nicht sehr weit weg ist. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub!

Wir hätten nicht gedacht, dass uns dieses Haus so gut gefallen würde, da die Lage an der Hauptstraße auf den ersten Blick etwas abschreckend wirkt. Falls man absolute Ruhe sucht, sollte man sich etwas anderes suchen, aber dann würde man den wunderschön gepflegten Garten und das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus verpassen, das eigentlich nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Es hätte und gefallen, wenn wir den Kamin hätten benutzen dürfen, aber die Heizung hat auch problemlos funktioniert nachts.

Humi ist eine tolle Gastgeberin mit tollen Objekten. Ganz sicher kommen wir immer wieder! Wir verbringen unsere Urlaube fast jährlich auf Mallorca und sind froh, dass wir Humis Objekt für einen Familientrip nutzen konnten. Wir hatten unheimlich viel Platz vor Ort. Sowohl im Haus, als auch das Drumherum. Um einen tollen Urlaub mit Freunden oder der Familie zu planen, würden wir dieses Haus jedem weiterempfehlen. Das Objekt ist allerdings etwas abseits gelegen, sodass man fast nicht drumherum kommt, einen Mietwagen zu mieten. Mit diesem erreicht man dann innerhalb weniger Minuten die Supermärkte und süßen Ortschaften, wie Soller und Co. Der Pool war leider um die Jahreszeit schon sehr kalt aber fährt man mit dem Mietwagen in eine tolle Bucht oder ans Meer, so kann man im Oktober noch wunderbar ins Meer eintauchen. Die Tischtennisplatte und der tolle Grill waren unser Highlight und wurden fast täglich benutzt. Sollte man völlige Ruhe wünschen, so sollte man beachten, dass das Haus an einer Hauptstraße liegt. Uns hat es allerdings nicht wirklich gestört.

We greatly enjoyed our time in this Villa. Everything was as pictured, except for the pool which is actually bigger than the images make it seem! The kitchen was well equipped, and the furniture was comfortable. The only downside was the proximity to both a functioning horse riding facility and olive orchard, which meant there were many workers adjacent to, and occasionally walking around the property. If you are looking for a completely secluded retreat, this might not be your house, but if you are looking for a modern, well functioning and attractive villa I would strongly reccomend it.

Just returned from a fantastic two weeks at this villa. Humi the manager was excellent at responding to queries and sorting out some issues we had with the air con. The villa itself is modern and well equipped. The gardens, terraces and pool area are very well maintained and lovely to spend a relaxing day in. The location of the villa is excellent with Palma and Sóller only 20 mins away. There are good supermarkets in Palma, Sóller and Marratxi (Aldi) where we tended to shop, easy to get to with good parking. There are some great restaurants in Sóller, Port de Sóller and Bunyola. A lovely villa in a great location couldn't ask for better.

Prachtige villa met mooi aangelegde en verzorgde tuin. Aan dit huis ontbreekt niets. Het ligt naast een manege maar daar ondervind je geen hinder van. De weg hoor je wel maar niet storend. Als ik dan een negatief puntje moet geven dan is het dat de messen stomp zijn. Heerlijk toch als dat de enige frustratie is?

großzügige Anlage, Poolanlage super, viele Spiele für Klein und Groß. Verkehrslärm kaum hörbar. Zentral gelegen für Einkauf und auch zum Strand, den wir kaum genutzt haben da wir uns auf der Finca wohl gefühlt haben. Die Müllentsorgung war etwas schwierig. Ein toller Urlaub den wir wiederholen möchten.

Das Haus war in einem großartigen Zustand, sauber, tolle Ausstattung. Das Grundstück war ideal zum entspannen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Die Schnellstraße war relativ nah, sodass man den Verkehr etwas gehört hat, wirklich gestört hat das aber nicht. Auf jeden Fall ist die Finca sehr zu empfehlen!
