  • This house sets on Shafer's Waterfront Resort property located on Dike Road, Mojave Valley, AZ. Our resort has two houses 79306 (river view, but behind) and 1565718. We have 1 private deck, and boat ramp for your use. We also have a sandy beach area; as well as a grass beach area.

    Our properties are located across the river from Needles in a gated community. One of our decks sets out over the river point and the other is just off our sandy beach. This house is less than 120 ft from the water. Both houses sleeps 6 adults, for a small fee you may add four children.

    Shafer's Waterfront Resort has 120 feet of river front for our 2 rentals. The houses are on 2 lots, which gives you ample of parking for all your boats & toys.

    The boat dock was dismantled on October 12, 2019 . We are waiting fabrication plans for our new dock. The water front deck has been rebuilt May 2021.

    This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Inside, you will find 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 2 roll-away beds, and a twin air bed. The roll-away beds and the air mattress our kept in the master bedroom walk-In closet.

    The couch may be used as a bed. Only if you cover it with sheets. Extra sheets sets are kept in each bedroom for your convenience. No more than 10 house guest is allowed.

Great rental

Check in was extremely easy. Great location with plenty of parking. Towels, bedding, cookware, utensils were clean and plentiful. We are looking forward to returning next year - thank you, Shafer family!

Great location

We had a large family group and the property had plenty of parking and room on the riverfront for our boats. The houses were clean and comfortable with plenty of towels, linens, etc. We are looking forward to returning next year. Thank you!

Awesome property and the location is amzaing

This house is 3 lots up from the Needles bridge. has its own launch ramp and beach. 4th time I have rented this home and the front unit too. Plenty of parking for multiple boats and trailers. The host is very accommodating.

Everything you need!

We loved staying at this property because it had everything you need. The house had all the basic essentials such as toilet paper, body wash, laundry detergent and kitchen utensils. The location is ideal for using our Sea Doos and so convenient to use the boat ramp every morning. The beach is nice and loved the little gazebo which provided shade when you need a break from the 100 degrees. We will definitely stay here again!!

Rented both homes for our group and it was awesome. The location is ideal. House was clean, AC worked great and the amenities were just perfect. I will be staying here again.

Great location, awesome boating and jet skiing right from the property. Very nice having your own launch ramp, no waiting in line to get on the water. Plenty of room to park trailers and tow vehicles. Thanks for the great week. Todd

DO NOT STAY HERE

I don't have enough words to describe the condition. The owner came back to the home twice and took pictures of people and cars on the property. She showed up at 4am and even opened the front door to look inside. She interfered with our use and enjoyment of the property. We got in at 5pm, and the listing says 1pm. The house was not cleaned, or vacuumed. I had to run the dishwasher and wipe down the frig myself. She had dogs in the home and didn't pickup dog poop. Her elderly parents used the restroom before they left, which is not sanitary. The deck was warn and a little girl fell through it, thankfully not hurt. The yard is overgrown and you cannot access the fire pit due to the weeds. The bugs are bad at night. There are no lights out on the grass/beach. There is no book for instructions on what they want done at checkout.

Nice property and location!

Property is nice and location is great as well. The check in information was not sent ahead of time, but we were able to get Barbara on the phone and we worked it out. Barbara was easy to work with and helpful.
