About the Home: Covered patio & 4 sliding glass doors across the back of this brand new home, provide for one of the best Lakefront Views in Los Lagos! Los Lagos is a quiet residential neighborhood with a community pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis & pickleball courts, Community Center, and 3 manmade lakes. Battery-operated boats, kayaks & canoes are welcome on Los Lagos! No Swimming Allowed.

This immaculate newly built home has 4 bedrooms, huge open living areas, 2 beautiful bathrooms, and over 2400 square feet of newly-appointed living space.

Relax, socialize, and enjoy the open floor plan with views of the lake, or retreat to your private Master Suite. The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed and flat-screen tv PLUS a gorgeous ensuite bathroom with a dual-head shower, and a huge soaking tub. The master bath is spacious, with double vanities and two large walk-ins. The 2 Guest bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and plenty of storage space. The 3 Guest bedroom has two twin beds. This home can accommodate 10 guests in bedrooms.

The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and is completely stocked with cooking utensils for preparing your vacation meals.

In the evenings, enjoy the covered back patio, which boasts breathtaking views of the lake and a barbecue grill.

The attached 3-car garage is available for your vehicles during your stay.

About the Neighborhood: Los Lagos is a VERY quiet, safe, gated community... quiet hours must be observed from dusk to dawn. Our guests enjoy the peace and quiet of the manmade lakes... absolutely no parties or gatherings are allowed, and no guests beyond the ones in your Reservation. Please note we do have exterior security cameras to monitor the total number of guests and noise levels.

For those who are used to living in an urban area, you'll know that we are conveniently close to all of the action in Laughlin! However, if you're from a smaller town, it may feel like we're 'out of the way'. About your Hosts: The Hawkins family (Robert and Erika Hawkins) are hardworking essential workers who want to offer their love for vacationing to all; including, first responders, military, doctors, and nurses. The year 2020 has brought many obstacles to all vacation plans scheduled due to strict regulations Covid-19 has brought upon us all. Vacations are essential to mental well-being; with that being said, we strongly believe a personalized space with an emphasis on cleanliness is far better than any hotel. Because of our love for the river, we decided to start "T&T Vacations for Heroes" which was created in 2020 by Robert and Erika Hawkins and is dedicated to their two daughters Tatiana and Talia. Wonderful location

Checkin was smooth as expected only one small hiccup…all of the checkin/out documents from the host said there was a garage door opener in the pantry. Upon arrival I realized it’s wasn’t there and had to reach out to the host so I didn’t get blamed for keeping it only to be told that it was broken and a replacement was on order. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to be informed ahead of time instead of my reaching out to host. We were there looking at retirement property in the same sub division so staying on the lake was nice and so peaceful. Pro tip-if you’re going to use the Traeger to grill out on the patio bring your own pellets to avoid having to buy a 20 pound bag. Overall a great stay and we will be back for the next property shopping trip.

11th Annual D1 All American Bowl Trip

Our stay was good. The home was like a home away from home. It is beautiful, spacous, and clean, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe Reminded us of our home. Furthet, waking up to the views of the river daily was soothing. Little piece of paradise !

Spring Break 2024

What a wonderful house in a great neighborhood. We loved everything about our stay. The proximity to Laughlin and oatman was nice. The area was quiet and the morning sitting outside by the lake was awesome. We all loved the pool and hot tub! The house was immaculate and each of us had our own bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked for everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Loss of LOVED one ...

Had a funeral in the area. This home was amazing to come home to. After a few long emotional days it was so nice to feel like being home. This house is a must stay at for anyone looking in the area. You will not be disappointed.

Very nice property on the water!

This well appointed and spacious home on the water was ideal for a couple nights stay with friends. Multiple bedrooms to choose from and all the amenities needed to make the stay comfortable. The only recommendation I would make for the owners is to include a better directions on how to use the Traeger grill. That was a bit confusing and took a very long time for growing. Other than that, it was a great place to stay with all the amenities needed for relaxing vacation.

Super clean home with a great view.

Due to a horrible wind/rain storm, we found ourselves spending more time in this home than we had anticipated. However, the incredible glass wall with lake views, huge TV and extremely comfortable seating made it all OK. I would not hesitate to rent this home if you are in the area.

Winter Getaway

Home was very nice! The most updated, clean, comfortable place we have ever rented on VRBO. The view out the water was lovely. Too cool and windy while we visited in early February to be able to use the amenities but appeared well maintained also. Enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay

House was beautiful and Robert was an exceptional host.. we came here to relax and enjoy the weather. We achieved both of those in double. The house, the neighborhood and Robert exceeded our expectations. If you want to enjoy some time with a little golf, maybe some gambling, relaxing, or even taking a utv out for a spin in the hills this is the place for you! I will be coming back!!!

Beautiful Tranquil Home

This property was the ideal home for us during Thanksgiving holiday. Only thing that was wrong is the master bedroom comforter had an area that was stained or not cleaned. Unsure, but that didn't affect our stay as guests. No biggy. Out family would love to stay at this home again in 2022. Thanks again to the owners. Great Weekend Getaway

The hosts were great! The property and amenities were excellent. We such a relaxing vacation before we go full swing into the holidays! The view of the lake is so serene. We would definitely book this property again with Robert and Erika!
