We really enjoyed our stay at the Shangri- La, wonderful staff, all very helpful and service was prompt. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, really clean, everything you need at your fingertips. Staff was the main reason for our positive report. They are looking after our luggage for free while we take a quick trip to Canberra. They helped us get the train into town and actually walked us out to the street. We were able to check in at 9:30 when we got off the ship.

Everything was great. Host was great checking us in. Room was very clean and spacious. Very comfortable room. Able to leave bags in lobby after we checked out. Very convenient location to metro station.
