All bathrooms have underfloor heating, which is also available in the rest of the villa, so you don't have to worry about walking on cold floors. Toiletries and a hairdryer are also provided and there is also a washing machine as well as ironing facilities in the villa.



The garden of this villa spreads over 870 m² and is a great green oasis for relaxation. You can spend the day on the deck chairs or play with your pet in the garden. The location of the villa is great if you want to explore the interior of Istria during your stay. You can visit Buje, a town on a hill with the remains of buildings that show its great history, or drive to Motovun, another Istrian settlement on a hill with a rich history, where you can enjoy the gastronomic offer, walks and a beautiful view of the surroundings. If you want to spend a day at the beach, Umag and other smaller coastal towns are only 20 minutes away by car.
