"Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The room was spotless and the amenities were excellent, including the well-stocked small fridge with food and snacks. The choice is minimal and quality should be better. If the breakfast options included fried eggs or pouched eggs and the supplied bread, jam and sausage quality would be better the rating would be much higher."

"We had a lovely weekend at The Red Lion. The staff were incredibly helpful both ahead of and during our stay, and the pub food and breakfasts were very tasty. Our room felt a little dated and in need of maintenance in places, especially in the bathroom, but it served its purpose for our stay and we would be happy to go again."

"You could do with some signs showing where rooms are. It's a big square of rooms and no clue as to where 1.. 30 are for example. Breakfast was good."

"From a value perspective, this location was excellent. Breakfast was provided, rooms were comfortable and there was a Harvester restaurant across the parking lot which worked out well when we arrived back after a long and exhausting day. The location is perfect if you are visiting Oxford, Cambridge, Bletchley Park and surroundings. Staff were wonderful!"
