Authentic charming mill of character from the 18th century, steeped in history & carefully restored according to the rules of the art, leaning against a small hill in the hollow of a peaceful valley of pasture meadows (occupied by the peaceful famous Charolais cows in season), crossed by a bucolic little stream, on the edge of a wood adjoining the vast wild national forest of Trois Monts (literally "green lung"). Magnificent landscaped setting in the heart of the rolling Clunisoise countryside. Site of great beauty & total tranquility, nestled away from view in the heart of a literal haven of peace & rest. Real little "green paradise" for young and old alike. Possibility of observing wildlife on site (deer, owls, hares, squirrels, foxes, many birds ...). Spacious gîte of very good comfort. Warm country character mixing tradition & modernity, enhanced by a beautiful heritage restoration (imposing beams & framework, masterful stone & brick fireplace mantel, exceptional stone slab floor... original).
