The space
The house was built as a grand Victorian in the late 19th Century on Frederick Law Olmsted's Bidwell Parkway (who also did NYC's Central Park). The whole block sits beside a beautiful park. The special garden out front is an artist project and a highlight of Buffalo's Garden Walk.

Converted into apartments in the 1920s, this second floor front unit has stunning view of the park from the living room and porch. With beautiful Victorian detail intact including inlaid hardwood floors, this apartment is spacious. The heat is hot water, and there is a window A/C unit in the bedroom and living room.
