We had a great stay, very impressed. The staff very friendly, room super clean a lot of space with awsome beds, high quality food and beverages loved the pool bar as well. We will be back.

今次聖誕家庭旅程非常失望。我有超過20年租住旅館經驗，未試過被屋主投訴。今次和家人聖誕聚會，租住這間屋，進屋後發現洗手盆淤塞，房間木門框鬆脫跌下，剛好跌在我頭上，我沒有投訴，只是通知屋主跟進，怎料我的仁慈換來懲罰。第一天晚上差不多七點到達屋內，氣瑥超過37度房間沒有風扇沒有冷氣，求主給鎖匙打開門窗，屋主沒有理會，而大部份窗戶都沒有防蚊網，可能因為這個理由，不給鎖匙打開窗。37度天氣，晚上如何入睡？第二天我和孫兒打開後院的Spa看見池水非常渾濁，我便關閉spa蓋，同樣我 的家人亦有打開spa, 他們看見汚水渾濁，亦不敢玩，這些污水真的會引致皮膚病。不幸的我的仁慈換來屋主懲罰。他說是我弄糟Spa水，罰我507清潔費。我告訴他屋外有一個Camera正正對著spa, ...
