The apartment was perfect for our family. Clean and beautiful amenities in the building. The pool was gorgeous and having a small cafe place was a plus. Definitely will book this again.

December in Palmero

The host was very attentive and gave great restaurant suggestions - must try the t-bone at Las Cabral!) The loft was clean and in a great location with security 24/7, which was a plus! Pool was great too!

Perfecto

The apartment is lovely and so unique. Fernando, the manager went out of his way to make us feel welcome and accommodate our needs. We loved the neighborhood and all of its wonderful cafes and restaurants as well as sitting by the pool. We highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic apartment

We had a great stay. The apartment is in a lovely, historic building with a great swimming pool. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and shops, yet the street noise in the apartment is minimal. Fernando is a friendly and attentive host.

Great Stay in BA!!

Great location!! The pool was awesome expecially in the summer. The apartment was perfect for our extended visit. Fernando was a great host. He was attentive and extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. Look forward to visiting again.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It has a great location in Palermo Hollywood. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Fernando was super helpful, he even told us how to get hold of Boca Juniors tickets.

Excellent property and location

Me and my family stayed here for a week over Christmas. It was a wonderful apartment. Clean spacious and exactly as described. The owners are very helpful and friendly. The location is terrific. It is quiet, safe and a great neighborhood. Very close are VERY good restaurants and close to everything including transportation. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing

Great apartment in a converted industrial building on the edge of Palermo Hollywood. Clean and modern, gated with security 24/7, access to a cafe on site, a pool, a gym, and walking distance to some of the best restaurants in BA. Fernando was an amazing host and really made us feel at home, 10/10 would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Place: great place. not actually 2 BR as it's a loft. Very clean and cool neighborhood that is very secure. Walls a bit thin and there was a band practicing that is very audible but strict time cut off so no issue with sleep.Host: very responsive and accommodating. I needed a later checkout and was able to get it with an extra fee. Was surprised to hear about a cash cleaning fee i needed to pay outside of the platform but if you read the fine print it's listed.Overall great place and I'd stayed at two other places in CABA and this is easily the cleanest and most luxe place I stayed at. Highly recommend if you want to ensure you get a quality place to stay at.

The apartment is spacious, clean and in a very secure building. Fernando, the manager, was super helpful and always available. The location is good and walking distance to some local restaurants. We had to take an uber to go to any other area in Buenos aires, including downtown.

Comfortable and well-located

The building is stunning with very nice grounds and pool, and great security. The apartment was comfortable for working from home for more than a week and in a great location, both quiet and near lots of nice restaurants and shops. The second sleeping area is not a separate bedroom (no door), but this was perfectly fine for us as it was just me and my husband. Fernando was a great host and always available. Overall a great stay.

Perfect Location - Perfect Apartment

My husband and I had a great stay in this apartment after returning from a trip to Antarctica. We loved the location, close to restaurants, shopping and nightlife but on a quite street so we were never bothered by noise. There was a beautiful swimming pool and small restaurant with in the gated complex. The apartment itself was well appointed and perfect for two people. Communication with Fernando was great. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Visit Bueno Aries!!!!

This was a girls trip for the Taylor Swift concert and my 45th birthday! Fernando and the apartment made our trip even better than I had hoped!! He answered all our crazy questions pre travel, made a point of walking us all around when we arrived and trying to explain the Argentinian money to us and told us where to go for food and anything we needed! He checked in on us during our stay and helped to ensure we had a great time!! Thanks so much Fernando for helping make our trip to BA amazing!
