Welcome to our apartment in the fashionable neighborhood of Buenos Aires!
Our apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 en suite, with their own full bathroom. You will also find an additional toilet for greater comfort.
If you travel in a group, don't worry, we have enough space for everyone. We have 3 sofa beds and a playroom with 2 additional beds. You will also enjoy a double-height living room and a dining room where you can relax and enjoy the company of your friends or family.
If you're looking for a place to relax, our pool courtyard and grill deck will be perfect for you. And don't worry about the kitchen! It is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
In addition, our apartment has air conditioning in all rooms, high-speed internet and a separate laundry room for greater comfort.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.
Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.
The Neighborhood:
Palermo Hollywood is a neighborhood in the city of Buenos Aires, known for its vibrant nightlife, gastronomy, and design. The name "Hollywood" is due to the large number of television, radio and film production companies that are located in the area.
The neighborhood has a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafes, many of them with entertainment-themed décor. It is ideal for walking and discovering design and fashion stores, art galleries and open-air markets where you can find local and artisan products. There are also several parks and squares nearby, such as Plaza Serrano.
Getting Around:
Palermo offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.
For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through Fliphaus, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Other Things to Note:
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
A photograph of the D.N.I or Passport will be requested from all guests who appear in the reservation. As expressed in art 14 of law 6255 on temporary rentals in the city of Buenos Aires.
