  • Our apartment in the city center is very quiet, safe, comfortable and welcoming; Ideal for resting, working, walking or doing paperwork. Located on the pedestrian Suipacha meters from Av. Córdoba, near the Colon Theater, Pacific Gallery, Florida pedestrian, Av. 9 de Julio and with access to all means of transport (subway, Metrobús).
    Equipped for two adults and two children; or 4 friends who can share a double bed and a double sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90 m).
    It has 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, table and chairs, kitchen with washing machine, bathroom with bathtub. And it is equipped with a TV with DIRECTV cable and high speed Wi-Fi of 200 megabytes per IPLAN fiber optic.
    We also provide: microwave, refrigerator with freezer, electric clothes drying, steam iron, toaster, coffee maker with filter, juicer, pot, pan, blender, utensils, air conditioning, heating, towels (2) and sheets (100% cotton) of first quality.

Excelente ubicación, falta mantenimiento

Pros: excelente ubicación, wifi, aire acondicionado, varios electrodomésticos son nuevos, hay portero en el inmueble y la propietaria Yenni responde rápido a todos los mensajes. Contras: falta mantenimiento sobre todo en el baño, la limpieza es insuficiente, no hay espejo de cuerpo entero, ventanas bloqueadas a medio abrir y sucias

The building and apartment were somewhat dated but totally acceptable. The location was top notch within walking distance of all the important attractions in downtown Buenos Aires. Our host did not speak English but he was available via VRBO messenger and responded promptly. I used Google Translate to bridge the language barrier and we were able to easily communicate. We only had 1 minor problem during our stay and he fixed it promptly.

Excellent location, walking distance to tourist attractions, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, etc. The building is a bit dated, but in good repair. For its size and location, I found noise from other units and from the street to be only occasional, and not overly intrusive. As for the apartment, it was as described, but a little more worn than shown in the photos. It was nice having a full sized refrigerator, plus a kitchen area for cooking. However, the assortment of cooking pots and utensils was limited, and there were no plastic or glass containers for food storage, which eliminated the ability to store leftovers, or food ingredients requiring storage or refrigeration after opening. Other than these small items, I would recommend staying here, and would consider doing so again myself in future.

Great location

This VRBO is located in a great spot! Just hop downstairs and everything is around you. I would say that, that’s the highlight of this VRBO. It’s definitely dated and after taking a shower to hit the city, the hot and humid hallway and elevator will have you dripping in sweat before you ever leave the property. The bathroom is also very small. I’m 5’4” and the shower was a struggle. It’s tiny! This is the biggest downfall for me but if you are ok with a small dated apartment, tiny bathroom, and very hot and humid hallways / elevators then don’t think twice. Between the price and the location, if you can sacrifice a little it’s definitely a win. Heading to Uruguay via ferry? This place is perfect as it’s a 15 mintute walk to the Buquebus Ferry. Of note, the area around is also very safe to walk at night with plenty of police presence around. Hope this review helps someone!

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable and deserves to be clearly exposed. I made a reservation for March 29, 2026. Days before my arrival, I informed the host that my flight was delayed and that I would arrive on March 30. I requested a modification or cancellation, but this was refused, leaving me at risk of losing my money. Due to further delays, I ultimately arrived at 2:00 AM on March 31. What happened next was completely unprofessional: there were no keys available, no host present, and no prior arrangement despite being told the keys would be left with the building guard. The guard had no information, and the host was completely unreachable. I called and sent multiple messages with no response. At 2:00 AM, in a foreign city, I was left stranded with nowhere to stay. After waiting approximately 30 minutes with zero communication, I had no choice but to leave and urgently find alternative accommodation. This is not just poor service — it is a complete failure of responsibility and basic hospitality. If you are hosting guests, especially international travelers, you must ensure access and communication. Anything less is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund and strongly advise future guests to reconsider booking this property unless the host can guarantee reliability and accountability. This situation caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and additional expenses that could have easily been avoided with minimal professionalism

Satisfacción

El dpto se encuentran en una ubicación estratégica ya que haces unos metros y tenés las paradas de bus o sino caminando te encuentras con lo más cercano el obelisco,entre otros monumentos. La atención del dueño y la comodidad que presenta el dpto es ideal.
