This open floor plan has plenty of space to relax, cook, and connect and is ideal for families and groups looking to make lasting memories from our base camp in the Rockies.

This spacious mountain retreat is designed with both comfort and togetherness in mind. On the main floor, you’ll find a luxurious master suite with a king bed and private bathroom, which has beautiful mountain views out the bedroom window. Also on the main floor are two queen bedrooms that share a full bath.

The open living room offers plenty of seating for a large group and a big-screen TV, with sliding glass doors that lead to the back patio. Outside, relax around the firepit in Adirondack chairs, enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table, lounge in the hammock, let the kids explore the playhouse, or fire up the grill—all while taking in the unobstructed mountain views. The front porch is a perfect spot to sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the peaks.

The kitchen and dining area are ideal for gathering, with a large table that seats eight and additional bar stool seating at the spacious island and a hallway half bath.

Upstairs, a private queen suite features its own full bath, a dedicated office and work area, and a cozy secondary living space with a sofa and TV. The upstairs layout is extra spacious, making it a wonderful hangout spot for kids or a quiet retreat for guests seeking privacy.
