This Bude family holiday home is ideally situated in a peaceful area and is just a ten minute stroll to Bude's beautiful beaches or the bustling town centre. There's ample space to relax and unwind across the home, which enjoys airy modern interiors and all the mod cons.

Inside

Upon entering Rock House, the bright and airy entrance hall welcomes you in - a feature present in just about every room as light flows throughout the home. To the left, you'll find the well equipped kitchen diner, a fabulous space where family and friends can enjoy planning the day's adventures over breakfast or whipping up evening meals. Through the double doors and into the living room, you'll find comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, as well as a wood burner for those cooler wintery evenings. The large sliding glass doors lead out onto the garden and are perfect for opening up on those gorgeous summer days. You'll also find a second lounge downstairs, which is wonderfully cosy and perfect for those wanting their own space, or for children to chill out in their own den where they'll find a selection of board games and PS3. Also downstairs is a utility room, WC and storeroom where beach items can be safely secured.

All bedrooms are located upstairs. The master king ensuite is wonderfully spacious, with a modern and bright bathroom with walk in shower. The second king bedroom is located at the front of the house and enjoys a fabulous Juliet balcony. Two cosy twin bedrooms complete the upstairs and you'll also find the family bathroom which has a separate walk in shower and bathtub — perfect for a relaxing soak after a day spent on the beach.

Outside

One of the best features about this Bude family holiday home is the outside space — a gorgeous sun trap. While away hours in the enclosed, sheltered garden where there's plenty of space for dogs to roam and children to play - the swing and slide set will certainly delight the little ones! After a day spent building sandcastles and rockpooling at Crooklets or Summerleaze beach, return to Rock House and make use of the warm outdoor shower to rinse off all that sand — an absolute treat — then enjoy a fabulous barbecue, dining alfresco on the decking whilst sipping sundowners.

The close proximity to Bude Golf Course also means Rock House is a brilliant base for a golf trip with friends. Bude is a fantastic place to base yourself for exploring this part of Cornwall, with the town having a plethora of eateries to enjoy and numerous shops for those rainy days.
