I stayed at this hotel in Budapest for three days, and overall, it was quite a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the restaurant on the ground floor is very convenient and offers great quality food. One of the highlights is definitely the fantastic location, within walking distance of many great restaurants and lively spots.
However, there were a couple of issues that impacted our stay. Firstly, the air conditioning on the second floor of our suite wasn’t working properly. Then, after maintenance was done on the first floor, we ended up losing air conditioning there as well on the afternoon of our third day. The staff did their best to make up for the inconvenience and were very friendly, but at the end of the day, you do expect to sleep comfortably in a hotel.
In summary, it’s a nice place with a lot of potential, but it would be great if they could improve their maintenance to avoid similar issues in the future.
