Sweetwood & Cinnamon is a calm, beautifully designed single-level home in a quiet residential setting, offering easy access to Downtown Austin (25 minutes), Circuit of the Americas (20–30 minutes), Bastrop, and surrounding business hubs. Whether you’re visiting for events, meetings, family time, or a short-term work assignment, this home offers space to reset after busy days.

Designed in soft sage greens and calming blues, the atmosphere feels relaxed, warm, and intentionally lived-in rather than staged.

A Comfortable, Practical Layout

The home offers three generous bedrooms and two full bathrooms for guest use (one additional bedroom and the garage remain locked off).

Primary Suite

A spacious king bedroom designed as a true retreat. The suite includes a large en-suite bathroom and an exceptionally generous walk-in closet — offering rare storage space and added comfort for longer stays.

Bedroom Two

A welcoming queen bedroom styled in soft, neutral tones.

Bedroom Three

A comfortable full-size bedroom, ideal for an additional guest, older children, or colleagues traveling together.

All bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with quality linens and calming décor to encourage proper rest.

At the heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space. The layout provides natural separation while keeping everyone connected — ideal for shared meals, trip planning, or relaxed evenings in.

The fully equipped kitchen makes longer stays simple and practical. A large dining table comfortably seats the group and doubles as a functional workspace for remote work or business travel. Fast WiFi is available throughout the home.

A separate laundry room adds convenience for extended stays.

Step outside to the covered porch, furnished with comfortable seating — perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. The porch opens onto a private fenced garden, offering a peaceful extension of the living space.

The home is designed to feel comfortable, settled, and quietly welcoming — a place to recharge rather than simply pass through.

Important Information

This property has local compliance requirements which include:

• A signed rental agreement
• ID verification
• A security hold of $1500 (pending transaction, not a traditional deposit)

As an optional alternative, guests may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurer. The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, plus $3 per additional day.
