"This is our second time staying here and we are so glad we found this place and makes coming to see family in the area that much more special . After driving through a bad snow storm , we arrived to a roaring fire and egg nog . Our room was well appointed and the breakfasts wonderful ! "

"I went to reception, no one answered, no staff was there, I couldn't stay, I had to pay again for another hotel, the other place, I need my money back because I couldn't stay in that hotel, bad service."

"Pretty central to shopping and activities. It was pretty quiet and safe. The suites have a microwave, cooktop, and mini fridge so you can cook or reheat food in your room. The workout room was adequate, but the lights never came on and the remote to the TV was missing. But not a huge issue since I listen to my music. The TV remotes need to be updated in the rooms as they were pretty beat up, but they did work. The breakfast was good."
