The Space:
Featuring 2 spacious bedrooms, a common dining room, a dressing room, a large open kitchen and a walk in shower, the Golden Nest has been designed to spoil you in every way. Every detail has been taken in consideration in creating the most amazing atmosphere. Here’s an overview of the home:

Guest Access:
Guests are welcome to enjoy full access to the apartment during their stay, with the only exception of a small storage area marked “Staff Only”, used by our team. Depending on the circumstances (e.g. emergencies, parties or complaints from neighbours), there may be times where our team requires entry into the home, especially in cases where the guest is unreachable. Our team will do our best to communicate any such events in advance.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located right in the utmost central location. Next to Izvor Park, you can walk to the Old Town, House of Parliament, and all other major attractions as well as over 100 restaurants & pubs within minutes.
Getting Around:
Although all major attractions are in walking distance, for further destinations, you have the metro & bus exactly across the street from the apt, at the Izvor station. Isn't that convenient?
Other Things to Note:
• Please note that for safety & security reasons, our home features both a video doorbell outside of the apartment as well as a noise monitoring system inside helping us prevent any potential disturbances to our neighbours.
• We require that each reservation contains the correct number of guests, either staying for the entire length of the stay or part of it. Penalties may apply otherwise.
• Any undisclosed high-traffic activities (e.g. visits from multiple non-registered guests, commercial use or gatherings) will be charged at full occupancy rate for the entire stay, plus any additional costs if applicable. Failure to comply may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
• We reserve the right to carry out unannounced inspections of our home, if there is suspicion of inappropriate behaviour, illegal activities or possible damage to the space.
• Please note that since the building is just 2.5 stories high, it does not feature an elevator, therefore guests are expected to use the stairs until the apt.
• Access to the bathroom is made via the main bedroom, as depicted in the photos.
• If you are booking for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshoots), kindly notify us in advance with the details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary.
• Guests are required to complete a Check In Form prior to their arrival which includes standard information (e.g. emergency contact number, etc.) as well as submitting a photo ID, as required by law, in accordance with art. 3, paragraph D of law nr. 237 from 2001 regarding guest access and registration in touristic structures.
