1. All guests/visitors must present a photo ID, passport or national identity card for EU citizens (driver's license not accepted) to be registered, in accordance with Romanian law. The document will be sent online, through Airbnb, before the check-in time. Refusal of this request results in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
2. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and violation of this rule will be fined 100 EUR.
3. Bedding and other supplies are for the comfort and use of our guests. They belong and must remain on the premises. Make-up, blood or any other type of stains on bed linen and towels that cannot be removed by normal washing will be charged. Any damage to furniture or other essentials will also be charged.
4. No shoes in the house. You will find slippers among the towels.
5. Netflix is free, but rarely, this service might be interrupted for unknown technical problems. Please consider this when booking our property.

Hosts check off all boxes...

Hosts are very attentive to detail and obviously have done their homework. We appreciate it. A TV with all the channels and wall-unit A/C-Heater in living room and bedroom. There is no free parking in the area and add about 12 a day for underground parking very close to apartment building entrance. We covered the large peep hole in the apartment front door. Bathroom door does not lock and we also covered the key hole. Metro/Subway is located right outside building front door as is Starbuck's, Burger King, other restaurants and shops. We loved it. Well done.
