Summary:
Ground-floor 2BR bungalow with private pool and front porch with cute landscaped areas. This property has great amenities such as beach chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, drinking water, fiber optic WiFi, and street parking. It is a short 6-minute walk to beach with a large grocery store 4 blocks away. There are also great local spots nearby such as La Quinta di Francesco & Barchelata Sports Bar.

The Space:
This ground-floor 2BR bungalow with a PRIVATE POOL is located in the southern part of the Golden Zone, the most sought-after neighborhood in Bucerias. It has some of the longest beaches in the entire bay, and beach gear such as beach chairs, umbrella, and small cooler are all included.

Everything you need for a great stay is provided. The condo is furnished with a king-size bed and two twin-sized beds with comfortable sitting areas in the living room and patio. Fiber optic WiFi, Smart TV, room-by-room controlled air-conditioning, blackout curtains, and ample street parking. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, filtered drinking water, and all the utensils you could need. We are also PET-FRIENDLY!

Guest Access:
This property is a duplex, and this particular unit is on the ground floor with a front porch and private pool area in the back.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Golden Zone neighborhood of Bucerias, you'll be close to the best dining and entertainment, and most importantly, the beach! There is a large grocery store 4 blocks away, and the taxi stand is 1 block away! Our favorite bar in town is just around the corner, Barchelata, with local craft beer on tap and about 20 TVs with every sport imaginable. Within walking distance there are multiple great restaurants with delicious ceviche, asian-fusion, italian, and more!

Getting Around:
Bucerias is very walkable. There is a bicycle rental shop 2 blocks away that also has e-bikes! Bucerias is a great spot for exploring everything Bahia de Banderas and the Riviera Nayarit have to offer. By Car / Uber your place is only:
-- 20 minutes from the Airport
-- 10 minutes to Nuevo Vallarta
-- 25 minutes to Punta Mita
-- 35 minutes to Downtown Puerto Vallarta
-- 30 minutes to Sayulita

Unhappy with pool temperature!

The only thing we were unhappy with is the water coolness of the pool. Unfortunately it wasn’t heated. A heated blanket or solar blanket would of been beneficial so that we could of actually enjoyed the pool. Otherwise our stay was fantastic!!

Nice quiet location

The location of this home is fantastic. It is close to a major grocery store and a short walk to the beach. Beach Please answers your questions quickly and helps with anything you need. The “beach cupboard “ has chairs and an umbrella.We would definitely stay here again.

Great location in a lovely town on the beach!

The location was amazing, though, so close to the beach and a wide range of food options from to . having the large grocery store closeby was also great. The kids were also in the pool every day, even though it was a bit cold (it doesn't really get any direct sun).A few minor qualms. The listing indicated there was a washer/dryer, but if there was one we couldn't find it, and the host didn't answer this question. The dishes weren't particularly clean when we arrived. I suspect the previous guests didn't wash them too well, and the cleaners didn't check? Also no safe that we could find for our valuables/passports.

Great Location

Great location - quiet, no construction close by. Very close to large supermarket, maybe 2 blocks. About four blocks to the beach. House has everything you need. Kitchen is a bit dated, but everything works (didn't use the stove or coffee maker, though). Beds were comfortable with nice memory foam pillows. A/C worked well along with ceiling fans in every room. Wifi worked fine. 2 nice beach chairs to take to the beach. Overall, very nice. Would stay here again.

Wonderful residential location

We very much enjoyed being on a residential street. All the neighbours were very friendly and greeted us as we sat on the front porch having our morning coffee. The house was just blocks away from everything we needed.

Our home away from home

Excellent response by property management who met all our needs. Cleaning staff did a fine job. The location was perfect. Close to restaurants, groceries, beach, shops, taxis and bus. The property was comfortable and included all amenities. Would have appreciated a safe. Front garden bed and back shrubbery by pool could use some attention.
