Hi, I'm Andre, your host! I'm born & raised in Bucerias. My family's roots run deep here, going back 3 generations. We welcome you to our cozy 1-bedroom condo in the vibrant Golden Zone of Bucerias. Enjoy a comfortable queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a blender, microwave, toaster, and water kettle. Enjoy the partial beach view from the private balcony, which faces northwest. It's the ideal spot for sipping your morning coffee while people-watching or enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine in hand. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, from a blender for refreshing smoothies to a microwave, toaster, and water kettle.

Next door, my aunt runs “La Cocina de Jorge”, where you can enjoy delicious, traditional, and affordable breakfast. My other aunt runs “Tacos Lindas”, serving her famous tacos at night. Learn kite surfing across the street (windy season: January to June) at Kite Zone, or rent out Paddleboards nearby at Surf Mexico. For your peace of mind, we provide a safe for your valuables, and there's fast Wi-Fi to keep you connected.

Additionally, drinking water is provided, so you can stay hydrated throughout your stay. Weekly cleaning included for reservations of 10+ nights, additional maid services available. We are also pet-friendly (small breeds only). Whether you're planning a romantic getaway or a solo retreat, our 1-bedroom condo offers a welcoming and comfortable space to call home during your Bucerias vacation.

Guest Access:
The condo has a private entrance from the street. We provide Wi-Fi, drinking water, and a safe for your convenience. Street parking is available. There is also a taxi stand half a block away and a mini-mart just 2.5 blocks away.

The Neighborhood:
The condo is located up just one flight of stairs in between the local neighborhood icons "Tacos Linda" and "La Cocina de Jorge".
Bucerias is a charming coastal town in Banderas Bay, located just 20 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta airport. Known for its golden beaches, warm waters, and friendly locals, Bucerias is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. You'll find a variety of restaurants, shops, and activities just a short walk from our condo.

Getting Around:
Bucerias is easily walkable to anywhere you'd like to go - the beach, the market, restaurants, etc. Around the block is our local mini-mart, MariPaz, which has everything you'll need. To get to other areas of the bay, taxis and Indriver are our preferred modes of transportation due to the ease and competitive pricing.

Other Things to Note:
PET-FRIENDLY NOTICE: If you want to bring a pet, please send us a message to request permission before confirming your reservation.
-- The pet must weigh less than 20 kg and be fully trained.
-- Pets cannot be left alone in the room (unless they are in a dog carrier or crate).
