Enjoy the convenience of walking to everything you need in this prime location. You’ll have a mountain and sea view rooftop pool and lounge with covered poolside dining, BBQ, and bar area. Enjoy sun, fun and relaxation without going too far. And when you venture out, you’ll be conveniently near cafes, restaurants, bars, art galleries, water sports, shopping and more!

This luminous, open-plan, upper-floor condo is perfect for 4 guests. It features a comfortable TV/sitting area with a sofa and a wall-mounted Smart TV for downtime moments at home. Big glass sliding doors lead to the private balcony, where you can enjoy sea and mountain views, a coffee or beverage, and sunset moments!

There’s a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’d need to prepare meals at home, plus a dishwasher for quick and easy clean-up. For sit-down meals, there’s a nice-sized dining table that can seat up to 6, and for added convenience, there’s a washer and dryer in the unit.

When it’s time to retire, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms, one with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious stand-in shower. The other bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom with an entrance from the hall.

You’ll be in heaven here! Take daily walks on the beach. Enjoy the cafe and shops on the ground floor of the building, and maybe take a day trip to nearby Punta Mita, Sayulita, Nuevo Vallarta, or Puerto Vallarta. You’ll be in a prime location. Book today for an unforgettable stay.

The Neighborhood:
Bucerías is a picturesque destination on the Pacific Coast of the Riviera Nayarit, Mexico. This condo complex is located in the “golden zone,” just a block away from Bucerías Beach. You can walk there in less than 3 minutes! The area is a haven for water sports for those seeking adventure. If you’re into cultural activities, you’ll find a lot of art galleries and shops. Plus, world-class golf, dining, quaint cafes and boutique shopping nearby. Punta Mita is about a 30-min drive north, and Puerto Vallarta is about 30 minutes south.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 17.3 km | 10.5 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). If you arrive by car, there’s parking at the property on a first-come-first-serve basis. You can also get around by taxi.

Other Things to Note:
As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 14kw are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $6 MXN per KW extra.
Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN.
Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation.
Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a mandatory weekly cleaning.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Please make sure you read all the properties rules. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Interaction with Guests:
Please stop at reception to check in and pick up your keys.
You’ll have complete privacy in the condo during your stay. Should you need anything, just let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
