Basecamp offers a true luxury immersive nature experience at our original eco-villa Beginning. This unit is in a private space offering a huge patio, fire pit and hot tub. If you love adventure and the outdoors, there`s so many hikes and activities around, plus the convenience of great food and drink within minutes.

This unit is one of three private lower level eco-villas at Basecamp resort. Our lodge “Summit” is located up top. Separate living, kitchen, bath, and bedroom areas and boasts 100 yr old heart pine floors, artisan mountain spring water on tap, and accordion doors that fully open the living areas to nature.

Private hiking trails, eco-gardens, private and common area fire pits, and unique landscaping are some of the many amenities offered at Basecamp Smoky Mountains.

The property has 2 entrances depending on what unit you are staying and this is the first entrance with beautiful landscapes and lighting for a safe, convenient, and unforgettable time in the mountains. The driveway is easy in and out to get where you’re going.

Guests are welcome to enjoy all hiking trails on the property, eco gardens and common area fire pits, and our outdoor Swamp Grass Garden House.
