We are one lot from deep creek, our neighbors allow us to walk through the back end of the property to access the creek. Technically we do not have access, just kind neighbors. We also keep an eye on their property.
Big dogs ok. There is no fence. That being said, read more.

We occasionally have bears. The rare elk, dear and coyotes have been seen in the area.

Wifi is included and we do have a 4~5 bar cell signal with good data. (I have Verizon)
We are on Zito Internet. Works 87% of the time. I say this because occasionally it can be out for hours or a few minutes.

There is a Christian summer camp on the other side of the tree line with a pool. Not sure how they will play out because of the recovery from the shut down. So expect noise from children. Normally by dark they are gone.

Fire wood. You can get local pit wood very cheap by the truck load. Or buy it at the local stores.

No Smoking – (Unless you are a cigar person.)
