"The condo was great layout for our family located on 3rd floor. The drive is not for faint of heart about 2 miles of winding of mult steep hills, but it is beautiful, set in smoky mt. My husband just got tired of drive. The beds were comfortable with soft sheets. The drawbacks were we wish we had drawers to put our clothes into. there was closet in each bedroom, plenty hangers. the master shower/tub valve diverter was loose and never really got repaired- we weren't able to use this shower. "Very clean and comfortable. Perfect amount of space for our family of 4. Kids slept great with comfortable beds and darkening curtains. The area was peaceful and quiet. Good restaurants within a few minutes drive. The drive up was curvy and a little precarious, but that’s to be expected with mountain roads. Would definitely recommend this condo for a stay in Gatlinburg. "

"Nice location with beautiful views of Smokey mountains. A bit of a narrow winding road to get to it. Bedrooms were very nice and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is small but serviceable. Kitchen pots and pans and utensils limited but ok for basic dinners (spaghetti, etc). Overall satisfying and a great value. "

Host texted multiple times before and during even though was aware it was a birthday trip. Also sent a text during birthday dinner offering a side deal to stay longer or checkout 2 hours later and we could leave 20 on the counter. "My husband and I travelled with our 2 kids. The property is on the 2nd floor with the 3rd floor being right above was incredibly loud. We read in the welcome letter that this was a place where people lived permanently and that families would be here. Not sure the event but there was a giant party going on above the place and it sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling at times. "All the decorations and all the rooms were nicely set up. Everything was Amazing. Only critic was the hot water would run out quick in the showers. And there were a lot of lady bugs in the main room. "
