"Hotel Service was excellent "

"We used to live in Charlotte and were here visiting our family. The area was great, lots of good restaurants around. Safe, quiet and clean apartment. Much more space than a hotel room, especially loved the patio. Would definitely rebook. Only minor suggestion would be a better mattress, my husband didnt mind it but I would have liked a firmer mattress. Loved having a washer dryer and full fridge. You won’t regret staying here! "

"Great location, secure parking, very clean rooms and the free breakfast was a bonus. This is in a great, happening, walkable location to all South End and downtown Charlotte has to offer. Very entertaining area & will definitely stay there again!"

"Everything was very clean. Extremely convenient to Whole Foods and the convention center. Felt very secure. The staff was friendly. Would definitely stay there again. I liked having the small kitchenette and full-size refrigerator. "

"Parking situation is terrible. It is valet service, it took them 40 minutes to get our car out and another 30 to acknowledge our presence when we got back to the hotel. Room was fine, but the sliding bathroom door wasn’t installed properly, so no privacy- you can literally see a toiled with the door “closed”. Ok for the couples being in a long relationship, but totally unacceptable if it’s a romantic stay or a new couple."

"Staff was extremely unfriendly. They did not tell me that valet parking was cheaper than self parking until two nights into the stay. Denied providing me water bottles- although clearly they were giving out to other guests. Denied changing my room as one of the electronic curtains were malfunctioning. Did not fix the curtain as well. Not staying there ever again."

"I loved the vibe and ambience of the hotel. Also loved the lobby was on the rooftop and had welcoming drinks. I think the price was fair for the location, cleanliness, and amenities."
