It is located near the front with convenience & fun amenities that are included with your stay! Be sure to check out all the sports and water fun there in the pictures! The Rockport Rv & resort style living is easy access off of Hwy about 10 mi to TAMU (w/light traffic.) The place is near restaurants & town. We make it clean, comfy & relaxing as you get to lay your head down and focus on your family and friends instead of cleaning and Rv setups! Rv is loaded with necessities and very comfy beds as reviewed! Let me treat you to an RV lifestyle that is great for any occasion at a clean, family & pet friendly location. It is perfect for gamedays or an event you’re traveling to or a family vacay & stocked items to use during your stay! The map is given at inquiry & check-in. Easy self check-in after 4 p.m with privacy. I will follow your lead yet give you my number (once confirmed) as my guest and I am your contact person. I am ALL about your full experience as I am a former Aggie grad who knows how my hometown (from my childhood and on still…)fills up! It has a comfy queen bedroom w/storage on bottom & top/closets. An addtional couch makes out to a memory foam queen that I bring in ahead of time to sleep two more (or can be used as a couch only for more space ad you wish.) Price includes 4 people to use Rv and resort with amenities (fee for over 4 people). Please let us know ahead of time if more 2 so that we can arrange bedding for you ahead of time to make our second bed for you! 1 owner RV sleeps 5 adults well or 4 & child. New bedding throughout. Island kitchen fully stocked w/new cooking supplies/pots etc…New fridge. New microwave & awning. K Cup coffee maker. Full size bathroom w/shower. On RV site there are big,hot showers as well! Full size wash items are supplied that are to stay w/camper but are provided if needed. Washed Linens/towels, beach chairs are provided. Outdoor kitchen w/extra fridge, grill, microwave, & stove! Living room & bedroom with smart TVs (&Dvd). Charging station. Free wifi given at check-in & passcode to locked door access will be give by me as well. There are built in speakers for indoor only use w/Bluetooth. New large awning & area outside next to outdoor kitchen or at the RV site with room to play! The rv area has a large pool, locked /closed off seperate showers, a. place to stay fit, entertainment room, pool, small lake, ping pong, hot tub, app operated laundry, theatre, pickle ball court/basketball court. 5 min or less to shopping/restaurants. It is set up for you fully ready with propane/water/gas grill. If are not used to the RV lifestyle we can meet you to explain things if you prefer at check-in. Please do contact the campsite office. You would be renting from me, Meredith & my camper and will gladly communicate as my guest(s) through this site. If you prefer to check-in with a person we will be happy to meet you & explain camper & amenities. If not, self check in is fine as we leave info. Our family lives locally if needed!
