Aggieland Vacation Rentals requires guests to be a minimum of 25 years or older to sign the booking agreement and be responsible for all guests in the party. As a locally owned and operated company, we give you peace of mind that your reservations are always protected and secure!

Welcome to Good Bull Getaway, a delightful 3-bedroom retreat that beautifully merges cozy comfort with the vibrant spirit of Texas A&M. Located just 4.1 miles from the iconic Kyle Field, 4.5 miles from Historic Downtown Bryan, and a mere 2.5 miles from Travis Bryan Midtown Park, this inviting home is ideally suited for families, friends, or passionate Aggie fans seeking both style and convenience during their stay. Here, you’ll find a perfect blend of relaxation and excitement, making it the ideal base for your adventures in College Station.

The interior of Good Bull Getaway features two spacious king bedrooms, including one with a private ensuite bathroom equipped with a modern step-in shower. Each bedroom is thoughtfully adorned with plush linens and inviting throw pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep for every guest. The third bedroom is designed with flexibility in mind, boasting both a full bed and a twin bed, accommodating additional guests or children comfortably. A shared bathroom with a shower and tub combo enhances the convenience for all, making mornings and evenings seamless for everyone in the group.

Step into the formal living area, where classic elegance meets modern comfort, creating a refined space perfect for relaxation and conversation. Beyond this, the remodeled garage has been transformed into an exciting game-day haven, featuring a bar, two large flat-screen TVs, and plush couches. This dynamic space is ideal for hosting lively football watch parties or casual get-togethers with friends and family, ensuring that every moment spent here is filled with fun and fellowship.

Gathering around the large dining table in the open concept living area fosters an atmosphere of togetherness. The kitchen flows effortlessly into the dining space, making it perfect for family dinners, celebrations, or casual meals with friends. A charming window seat adds a cozy touch, providing a delightful nook for enjoying your morning coffee, curling up with a book, or taking in the views while savoring a delicious meal. The layout encourages conversation and connection, allowing everyone to feel included and engaged.

The kitchen itself is a cook's dream, fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a feast or whip up quick snacks. Equipped with sleek stainless-steel appliances—including a modern refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher—cooking and cleanup are a breeze. The open layout ensures that whether you’re crafting a gourmet meal or preparing game-day snacks, you can easily stay connected with your guests in the dining area.

Outside, the spacious, fully fenced backyard offers a private retreat for relaxation and enjoyment. This well-appointed area invites you to unwind in the fresh air, whether you're hosting a lively gathering or savoring a quiet evening under the stars. With comfortable outdoor furniture and ample space for family games, it's an ideal spot to soak up the Texas sunshine in a serene and secure environment. This is a perfect space to host events as well such as Ring Day celebrations, Graduation, and family events.

Good Bull Getaway not only embodies comfort and style but also embodies the Aggie spirit, with its central location between College Station and Bryan. Whether you're here for a game at Kyle Field, a stroll through downtown Bryan, or a weekend of baseball at Travis Bryan Midtown Park, your stay in College Station promises to be exceptional.
Guest must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in.

1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or booking agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.

2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze and the Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.

3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed a fee of $300 will be retained from your deposit plus $25 per person.

4. Guest Responsibilities: All of the properties are privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.

5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses. Parties are prohibited.

6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property.

7. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly properties only if Booking Agent and Homeowner agreed prior to booking. Pet deposits are $400, of which $200 is non-refundable. If any pets are found in the properties without previous agreement with Booking Agent, Guest will be fined a pet deposit and the booking will be terminated.

8. Parking: Parking is only allowed in the driveway and on the street in front of the house. Towing is enforced, and any vehicles parked outside these designated areas are subject to towing at the owner's expense, including any applicable fines and towing fees.

9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour.

10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, the Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.

11. Fires & Grill: Fires are not allowed on the property; absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Move grill to an open area before each use. Do not use the grill under the porch or soffit of the home; put it back in original position and clean it after each use. Please ensure to turn off the gas for the grill after each use.

12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial setup of trash liners, toilet paper (1-2 in each bathroom), and hand soap are provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.).

13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. ALL trash must be BAGGED when placed in a dumpster per the City of Bryan/College Station. There will be a $20 charge if this rule was not followed.

14. Secure the Property: Close all blinds and shades and secure all doors and windows. Contact the Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.

15. Events: If the Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.

16. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.

17. Equipment: Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the Guest for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure.
