We use our southern hospitality to make our family's home away from home YOUR home away from home.

The newly remodeled 1955 home has original hardwood floors, a large fenced yard, and high-speed Wi-Fi in a quiet, developed neighborhood. It is also only 2 miles from A&M and the best food and excitement in BCS.

This house is a beautiful guest home set up for rentals year-round. You won't feel like you are intruding on anyone's space. It has everything you need, things you forget, and several things you will enjoy!

Enjoy exploring and creating your best cup of coffee using our coffee bar. It offers a drip pot, single-cup Keurig, a Nespresso machine, and assorted syrups and creamers to guarantee a delicious cup of Joe.

For our smaller guests, there is a pack-n-play, highchair, kids' plates, cups, utensils, toys, and books for all ages.

There is a gas grill, ping-pong table, shuffleboard, arcade basketball, outdoor lawn games, a shaded patio with string lights, and a fire pit—the perfect combination to ensure every guest has a relaxing time.

There's a smart TV in the living room and in the master that allows you to enjoy YouTube TV and Prime TV. For non-screen entertainment, create memories with the provided puzzles and board games during your stay.

Perfect Getaway

BCS Back 40 was the perfect spot for my dogs and me to spend the weekend with my daughter. The backyard is beautiful and we were able to use the Wi-Fi to allow my daughter to study. We enjoyed the escape from our routine. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and we got to kick back and use our own Netflix to watch a movie at night.

Back Forty is the Best Place Ever

I have stayed in dozens of places in Bryan, and this place is now at the top of my list of favorites. Why? Because it’s a sweet, 3-bedroom, 1950s shingled house with a large, fenced backyard that’s perfect for a dog; the native plants and greenery that fills the backyard; the sounds of birdsong in the morning; the convenient location, near everything, including a wonderful nearby park, but also very peaceful, and the warm, soft feel of a house that’s seen a lot of love. The house reminds me of my childhood days (there’s even a rotary phone), yet it’s modernized with great tech and really thoughtful accouterments. Such as a stand-up phone charger on a bedside table. TVs in two rooms. A big jar in the bathroom of all the things we might forget to bring (deodorant, toothpaste, etc.). Tons of toys and games for families. And, for coffee lovers, there’s a complete, dream-come-true coffee bar.It’s not a party house, but, for a couple or family seeking a safe, peaceful, enriching environment, this place gets my vote.

A stay at the Back Forty

We had a wonderful stay at this property in a quiet neighborhood in Bryan, Texas. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and the house is well- equipped. We were surprised at how well-stocked the kitchen was, especially with spices and other staples.

Amazing house, location, and host!

Perfect Family Home!

We stayed with 4 kids ages 2-7 and we never ran out of things to play with from games in the room to activities stored in garage. Huge backyard was perfect for them to run around in! Family friendly and kid friendly home. We loved reading Bible verses too! Will book here again.

Love this house

Great home and lots of activities in the house. Our kiddos really enjoyed all the games and books. We took our Goldendoodle and the backyard was great, all fenced and lots of room for our dog to play. We will definitely be planning to stay here again!

Outstanding Stay

This is absolutely one of the best places we have ever rented. Squeaky clean, tastefully decorated (lots of smiles at some of the signs), well furnished with everything you could possibly need, quiet neighborhood, and a beautiful backyard. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Back Forty. It was as described on website. Has everything a family needs. Too bad we could not enjoy the back yard due to mosquitos but it was awesome. My husband and I enjoyed spending time during the day while the rest of our children arrived. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in our upcoming trips to Bryan/College Station.

Thoughtful Hosts

The back 40 was a great property! It has a big, beautiful backyard that we enjoyed and the house itself is stocked with anything you might need! Amazing how thoughtful the hosts were in preparing the house for visitors of all ages. This was a perfect house to spend the weekend in as we celebrated our daughter’s graduation from Texas A&M.

Talk about stocked vacation home! The back fourty was amazing! I utilized many kitchen amenities! Of special interest was the nespresso machine ❤️. We also loved the quiet neighborhood, nearness to the park, the pretty seating under the string lights and the fenced in back yard!

Great family times!

This house was perfect!! The house was very comfortable and felt like home. We really enjoyed the fact that we did not have to pack so much to have an enjoyable stay. Everything from a pack n play to toys for every age was provided. The weather was cold and windy so being outside wasn't ideal. No matter, everyone was easily entertained without the TV. The backyard is very big which was nice for our pet. We would definitely stay there again!
