This property is offered under a minimum 91-day occupancy agreement. The 7-night setting reflects Airbnb search parameters only.



A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. If not signed within this timeframe, the reservation may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.



- The property is currently in the process of being sold, so weekly visits may be scheduled during your stay, with prior notice.

- A signed rental agreement is required for long-term stays with a 15 days notice period.

- Check-Out Policy: There is a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time of 11 a.m.; a late check-out fee applies after the grace period.

- Deposit: To protect our community and as per our house rules, we request a security deposit depending on the duration of stay. This deposit will be released within 24H of your checkout if no house rules violation.

- Locksmith services for lost keys have a charge of 75 EUR.
