Good for the bare necessities

We were extremely disappointed that the beach access hasn't been fixed. All of the stair boards are waiting next to the stairs, but just haven't been affixed to the last few steps. This definitely downgraded our experience. Also, the cleanliness of the unit was terrible. There was leftover food bits on every floor, items from past guests under furniture, and the sheets and towels had hairs and stains on them. It appeared that the bare minimum was done to make the unit appear as though it had been cleaned. All that being said, the location with a pool and playground was perfect for the kids and they didn't notice anything wrong. I just expected better given the amount of money it cost to rent.

Perfect for adults looking for peace and relaxation. Teens find Jekyll a little too quiet. Unit was in very good condition considering property built in ‘73. About 70% of the unit updated very well. Villas was well maintained and clean.

Adequate. Good amenities and location. Used pool and coin operated laundry. Property could use a deeper cleaning and light maintenance to unclog sinks and address loose knobs, stuck drawers, random items stuffed in closets. Pool was a plus until last nights of stay when guests were in pool and loudly enjoying themselves well into the night (until 3am); wasn't an issue at beginning of stay. Overall it was adequate for adults and enjoyed by the kids.

So comfortable and convenient!

We adored this condo. Very comfortable & cute. Very close to the beach too. If only the weather had cooperated, but late October is unpredictable. Would definitely stay there again. A smart tv in the LR would be great…but the lack of one did not impact our enjoyment at all! But others might want that. Comfy beds. Nice & quiet during our stay. Great property managers!

The property was very nice. We were disappointed by high tide since there was little beach to use, but there are other options on Jekyll. The condo was very nice and had more then enough kitchen supplies and linens.

Easy check in. They sent keys to property for late arrival. Villa was ready and the furnishings were great. Slight smell of mold/mildew but they had damprid containers out to combat unpleasant smells. Pool was super close,right outside the balcony. 60 second walk to the pool. 2 minute walk to the restaurant. Great location and price. We look forward to our next stay.
