Quaint cottage on St. Simons Island 410 ft from public beach access, easily accessible by walking through yard a joining cottage yard (as we own this property also). Great front porch that is shaded by huge old oak tree in front yard. Cottage has Wi-fi, washer & dryer, cable tv. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, master has queen bed, 2nd bedroom has full size bed and living area has a sofa that can let out. Sofa does let out, but please remember it does not sleep like a bed 08-21-24. 08-20-2020 please know that this is a duplex. There is a washer and dryer that is shared. The washer and dryer are on the porch between the 2 units. This is an old cottage. 10-12-2023. Please understand that it is not a condominium.

Fall Break 2024

We had a great stay at this property. We had everything we need to enjoy our vacation. The location is right around the corner from the beach entrance and is super easy to get back to for lunch or a midday nap. Since this is a one story unit you don’t have to worry about lugging all of your things up tons of stairs, which I love. Definitely within walking distance to restaurants and night life. The beach area was not crowded and the unit was very clean.

Great Getaway

Beautiful house with a fun layout. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and access to a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and multiple bedrooms. While everything was great, you should watch out for fire ant hills and use crocs or flip flops when outside. Had a great time at frat beach!

Perfect little place

We really enjoyed our weekend. We had zero issues with the property and loved the location… right at the beach access and a short walk to town. Barely even noticed it was a duplex, the neighbors barely made a sound and the weather turned out perfect! Hope to rent this place again real soon!

Got what we signed up for

We didn't have a lot of money but needed to be close to where other family were staying for a reunion - which happened to be on the beach. This property is a good deal. It isn't luxury but it isn't at all dirty or lacking in basic amenities. It suited us well: a family of 6 on a tight budget. Three stars on accuracy of listing because the property only *technically* sleeps six. The sofa bed frame and mattress made such a contorted bed that two of my children opted to lay on the cushions on the floor. There were only four chairs at the dining table as well. These conditions didn't ruin our experience.
