This newly renovated, two-bedroom, one-bath cottage features all-new appliances and comfortably sleeps up to four guests. Enjoy outdoor amenities including a grill, fire pit, and excellent shore fishing—the perfect setting for a relaxing coastal getaway.

The Space

Our cozy, newly renovated cottage is situated on a private shoreline, offering peace, ocean air, and stunning natural surroundings. The home features two bedrooms, one offering a king size bed, the other a queen size, along with a full bath. Fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the water and wake to views of eagles, osprey, geese, wild turkeys, and the occasional deer. With nesting eagles nearby and ever-changing tidal views, this special spot is truly a hidden gem—ideal for couples or a small family.

Relax by the water’s edge while listening to the waves and watching the abundant wildlife. Each tide brings something new to see along the shoreline. Enjoy picturesque sunrises from inside the cottage through oceanfront windows or just steps away at the shore. Whether you’re reading a good book in the sun or sitting on the rocks by the water, you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated and inspired—an ideal setting for your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
