Salt on Wolfe is in one of the hottest neighborhoods in Brunswick near everything. This newly renovated high-end half duplex is ready for you! This beautiful downstairs unit offers private parking for 2 cars, an outdoor space for entertaining and is just 15 minutes to Jekyll Island and St. Simons Island. It's also a 5 minute drive to all downtown has to offer; breweries, hip restaurants, shopping and the Mary Ross waterfront (where there are often festivals and events).

The Space
The rental boasts two well-appointed bedrooms, one featuring a spacious king-sized bed and the other with a cozy queen-sized bed. A single full bath is available, equipped with modern fixtures and fresh towels for your convenience.

For those who need to stay productive during their stay, there's a dedicated workspace in one of the bedrooms, complete with a desk and a comfortable chair. Stay connected with high-speed internet, perfect for remote work, streaming, or keeping in touch with loved ones.

If you're traveling with furry companions, you'll appreciate the fully fenced yard. It's a safe and secure space for your pups to roam and play, allowing you to relax without worrying about their safety. The yard is thoughtfully separated from the second unit by a fence, ensuring you have your own dedicated outdoor space.

A back deck is the ideal spot for relaxation. On this deck, you'll find a convenient propane grill, perfect for preparing delicious meals and enjoying outdoor cooking.

This vacation rental offers a delightful combination of comfort, convenience, and amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Whether you're seeking a quiet retreat, a working vacation, or a fun-filled trip with your four-legged friends, this rental is well-equipped to meet your needs.

Other things to note:
The whole house can be rented if the other unit, Sea on Wolfe, is available. Both rentals would charge their individual listing rates and fees. It's perfect for vacationing with friends or family while maintaining personal space.

Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.

Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.

Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

There is a $50 pet fee for those guests bringing pets.

For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.

House Rules:
No loud noise after 10pm per county ordinance. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund. No loud music. No parties.
No parking on the lawn.
Smoking inside the home will result in a $2,000 fee.
All pet droppings must be picked up or a $50 fee will be assessed.
There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes.
Maximum of 2 pets.
No Cats.

Great pet friendly duplex!

We had a great stay at this lovely, updated duplex. We stayed in the lower level unit, it was spacious and well appointed. Our dog especially loved the private fenced yard. We will definitely stay here again, when traveling to Brunswick....

Brunswick rental

This home was in the perfect location to explore both Jekyl and St. Simons. The house was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. There was another renter in the upper part of the house, so it was nice to still have a separated fenced yard for our dog. The street and surrounding neighborhood were quiet but do seem to be in a state of transition. We enjoyed Twin Oaks BBQ, Mr. Shuck’s Seafood and Marshside Grill, which were all a short drive from the house.

Convenient and Clean!!!

Property was awesome! Absolutely beautiful and modernly decorated. Great fenced off backyard for your pup. Great location and super easy access to Jekyll Island and St. Simon. The “neighborhood” seemed run down and looked a little sketchy, but I never felt unsafe. Just to prepare you on arrival for immediate surroundings.

Fantastic place

This place is awesome, super clean, modern appliances, great decor. It felt like home while we were there. Loved the backyard and so did our dog. We never felt that he wasn't safe out there by himself. Check in and out was super easy. The only things we thought was a negative was you can hear the second floor tenants walking around upstairs, and they didn't turn out their porch light which lite up the first floor porch so it made the front bedroom brighter than we like for sleeping. Also the can opener didn't work. In spite of that we loved this place, if we ever come here again i will want to stay here. It is pretty convenient to both beaches Jekyll Island and St. Simons.
