It took over 2.5 hours to check in. The hotel did not have our reservations and told me that I had to contact Expedia. I knew we had reservations because Expedia had sent a confirmation. I called Expedia the two representatives I spoke with were very helpful and concerned. The Expedia representative (Malan) emailed and faxed the reservation information that had already be sent to them earlier in the day. Then she stayed on the line with me (over an hour and a half) to make sure I was able to check in. The staff at the property seemed confused, short-handed and not willing to assist. The Expedia staff was most helpful and very dedicated to making sure everything was handled properly. We stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful time, just wish they had been organized at check in.
