The Space:

Wake up to wide-open marsh views and end your day watching the sun set over the water at this beautifully updated coastal home on the edge of Georgia's iconic salt marsh. Set on a spacious, oak-shaded lot in Brunswick — the gateway to the Golden Isles — this single-story retreat pairs a relaxed, modern interior with one of the most peaceful natural settings on the coast.

Inside, an open-concept great room ties everything together: a bright, fully equipped kitchen with a large island and bar seating, a comfortable dining space, and a living area framed by sliding glass doors that open straight out to the pool and marsh beyond. There's plenty of room to spread out, with a second living/media den and a cozy flex sitting area — plus a coffee and beverage bar to fuel slow coastal mornings.

The home offers two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including a spa-style tiled walk-in shower, so everyone has space to unwind after a day of exploring.

Step outside and the setting speaks for itself: a private in-ground pool with sweeping, unobstructed views over the tidal marsh, mature live oaks draped in Spanish moss — perfect for morning coffee, birdwatching, fishing, or simply soaking in the quiet.



Close to Brunswick's restaurants and shops and a short drive from the beaches of St. Simons and Jekyll Island, this home is an easy, restful base for couples, families, and anyone wanting to experience the natural beauty of coastal Georgia.



Please note that the dock is not usable.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy the entire home and property — both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the full kitchen and living spaces, the private pool, the marsh-front yard. Private driveway parking is available on site. The home and grounds are yours for the duration

Other Things to Note:

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Home is dog-friendly with up to 2 dogs and no more than 60lbs allowed.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $125 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
