"Didn't know much about breakfast but wasn't a concern more worried about my at the location my room was at"

"Parking was good, and checkin was good and quick. I asked the young man with the white hair at the front desk if there were safes available, and he said they didn't have any at that location. So, I had to take my valuables with me whenever I left. The next morning I saw a sign in the breakfast area indicating there were safes available; just ask. 😡 Also, there was not a closet in our room. These two incidents were VERY disappointing. "

"Horrible experience, the person at the front desk claimed that she couldn’t check me in because of no internet and by 10:00pm I had to go find another hotel where to stay. All while I was able to log into the hotel’s WiFi Horrible place!!"

"This hotel overcharged me and I ended up paying over $600 total for a one-night stay. As a rewards member, I expected much better treatment and customer service, but instead I dealt with terrible customer service and a complete lack of accountability. Do not trust these people with your card information. They will overcharge you and not properly reimburse you when issues happen. Please save yourself the stress and money go anywhere else but this hotel."

"The place itself is fine—it’s clean and well-located—but the overall experience was terrible. We went three days without air conditioning. The manager doesn't resolve anything and has a very poor attitude. To top it all off, on Saturday—our day off—a fire alarm activated. before 6:00 a.m. and kept ringing for over an hour, Well, personally, it was a very bad experience."

"This was my second time that front desk guy makes me to do reservation on line instead to do walking reservation, telling me than that not is possible at that moment, and There is a lot opportunity to improve breakfast."

"The room was large and clean. No pool until June. Staff couldn’t be bothered to look up from their phones. Service was just bad overall, no sense of hospitality. Never was able to eat breakfast as it was ravaged by 8:00am and not re-filled. Coffee was always empty by 8:30am. Room alarm set to go off at 5:00am at full blast."

"I stay in many low level chain hotels, but this one was disgusting , and it’s frankly disrespectful to the customers. It’s obvious that Expedia doesn’t put customer experience as a priority. It’s all about the profit, and selling properties such as Comfort Inn, Quality Inn, Motel 6, without remorse proves that. Though those properties do have some decent locations , they’re generally advertised inappropriately. I’m still a loyal Expedia Customer, but these dirty locations for $200 per night...

"Great breakfast spread. Well supplied and fresh. Clean facility but Lord the condition of the parking lot and the streets in that area of town are horrendous!!! Don't drive your car if you are visiting. The potholes sre massive in Memphis. Even the road surface of the interstate is terrible. I had to put my vehicle in the shop theveeek for repair and realignment that I had just had done before the trip. West Tennessee is nothing like central and east Tennessee when it comes to its roads. Beware....

"The staff was helpful. The pool and got tub was nice. Housekeeping only comes every other day, but you can get fresh towels at the front desk. Breakfast was good."
