Spacious Condo located at the Valley Intl. Country Club. Centrally located and close to three local gulf clubs. Comfy and cozy with plenty of birds in the area. Spacious 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, living room and kitchen. Our space includes cable TV, 55 Smart TV, WI FI, dinnerware, cookware set, microwave, toaster, hairdryer, fridge, stove, blender, complimentary coffee, AC, linens, towels, first aid kit, washer, dryer and laundry detergent available. Home away from home

The hosts were AMAZING and responded quickly. This was our first real VRBO experience and I think this may be how we stay when we travel from now on. It was big enough to accommodate our family and its nice to have everything that you would have at home so you can stay comfortably.

Brownsville stay

Place was quiet gave a good like home vibe, relaxing. Grocery store was close by. South Padre Island wasn't to far away. Overall place was great. Would recommend it. Thanks again for the stay.

Brownsville Exploration

Property manager was outstanding. Steve gave us expert advice on best places to eat, both near and far. Property was extremely quiet, restful and comforting space after a long day of exploring Brownsville and South Padre Island.

Good location

This unit has a wonderful host. He responded within minutes to any request or need. The unit itself is small but comfortable. It is a little dated but clean and well stocked. We slept well in the king size bed. The host provided an initial amounts of coffee, filters, paper towels, napkins, and had soap for the washer available. We loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. Be advised, it doesn't have a dishwasher, but with just two of us that was ok. It is conveniently located close to many restaurants and grocery stores. It's easy to get to the South Padre and Boca Chica beaches as well as many sights in the RGV area.

Great place

We booked this at the last minute Bc we were in Brownsville for a sudden death of a family member. It was exactly what we needed. It’s Located in the middle of Brownsville so it’s easy to hop on the highway and get anywhere. You can’t really walk to anywhere nearby, but everything is a quick car ride. This is an older property, but well maintained and clean. The upstairs has the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom and shower. The downstairs has the kitchen, washer dryer, dining room and a place to watch TV.. along with a small bathroom with a sink and toilet. Right across from the front door is the pool. It looked nice but we did not stay in the property much due to funeral activities. Maybe next time we will try the pool. For the price, it’s great. We would definitely stay here again if it’s available in the future. Especially since the owners were so nice and accommodating. I traveled with my 2 small kids and the place Easily fit my family. The room my kids slept in has a full and twin size bed and it was perfect. We loved there were not A ton of breakable decorations everywhere! :) Steve was so friendly and very very accommodating to my family and our needs during this very difficult time for our family. We stay in a lot of vacation rentals, and he’s by far the most accommodating owner we’ve ever had.

Loved the hostess availability to offer help whenever needed. Everything was clean and all things provided at the little condo. The only thing that needs to be upgraded are the electric plugs to charge technology.

Home Away from Home

My brothers and I stayed at the townhome and it was very cozy and felt like home. Steve (property manager) was awesome and gave us the tour and checked on us to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. The pool looked inviting but because we were always on the go, we never had a chance to try out the pool. I recommend this place, it has everything you need away from home. We will definitely be booking again next year. Steve thanks for everything.

Good value for price

Located in middle of Brownsville, not fancy, but air conditioner works well! Good for our group, we don't mind washing our own dishes, and it was really good to have their washer and dryer as we washed our outdoor clothes each day.
