  • You and your guests will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located vacation house. The Casa is in the Brownsville Country Club near a Golf club. The house is a peaceful oasis where you and your guests may enjoy the spacious rooms, private pool, gazebo, the backyard, and barbecue pit. In less than 2 miles you have the Brownsville Golf Center, Sunrise Mall, Starbucks, Supermarkets, Movie Theaters, Restaurants & Gyms. Space X, South Padre Island, Zoo & Mexico are near.
    Comfy, relaxing and cozy oasis in the Brownsville's Country Club.
    Spacious House includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living-dinning room, kitchen, gazebo and pool area.
    1 California King bed, 1 Queen bed, two Twin XL beds and two rollaway twin beds available.

    Guest access.
    Guests will have access to the full house, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, with private swimming pool and gazebo. Swimming pool is only for registered guests. Children should always be supervised in pool area. At this time the garage is closed and guests may park on the driveway and on the front of the house parking area.

    We strive to provide a safe, clean, affordable, quiet and comfortable lodging for responsible travelers who come to Brownsville, TX.

    There is a $100 fee per pet per stay.
    We're family friendly and pet friendly. Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas or furniture. (Please ask host about pet information and pet fee prior to booking)

    This is a smoke free and drug free property.
    No vaping.
    Quiet hours start from 9:30pm to 8am.
    No glass or food inside the pool.
    No diving on the pool, no running by the pool.
    Children should always be supervised when swimming in pool area.

    *Only register guests are allowed at the property. Extra guests are not permitted.

    Guests will enjoy the privacy. However, if you need any assistance with anything you may need, please reach out to us. I will try my best to resolve or assist in anything you may need.

Enjoyed our stay. Only a few miles from where we were hunting, the HEB and lots of restaurants. After a hot day in the fields, the pool was very welcoming. Great communications with the hosts.

The only thing that was frustrating was that the pool service interrupted our swimming but the owner was great about changing it. The owner was very accommodating to allow us to have the family come over for dinner and he was easy to reach when I had questions. I would gladly stay there again.

Beautiful home, great location. Near to everything you could want. Only 25 minutes to South Padre.Hosts recommdations for places to eat and things to do were spot on!Bed was super comfortable, and bedroom was huge.

White wing hunt in S. Texas

Four of us annually travel to Brownsville to hunt dove. This house was perfect for us as it had four beds, a pool, a covered patio, was close to grocery stores and restaurants and was close to the actual field we hunted in. We will be back next year.

I had originally booked this property back in May but had to adjust my reservation due to unexpected expenses, ultimately moving my stay to August 21st–28th. Unfortunately, on July 13th my family suffered a devastating loss when my cousin was involved in a tragic ATV accident with his girlfriend, where they fell nearly forty feet off an embankment. My cousin did not survive, and his girlfriend sustained severe, life-threatening injuries that left her fighting for her life in the ICU for over a month. Out of respect for this situation and the ongoing medical crisis, I reached out to the homeowner well in advance, requesting to simply reschedule my stay to a later date. I explained the circumstances in full and even provided approximately two weeks’ notice so that the homeowner would have had the opportunity to re-list the property and potentially secure another booking during my original travel dates.Despite the seriousness of my situation, the host showed no willingness to work with me toward any resolution—not even a partial refund or the courtesy of rescheduling. To make matters worse, both my mother and I attempted to call and text the homeowner multiple times, but our communications went completely unanswered. Their lack of compassion and professionalism during such a sensitive time was extremely disheartening. While the property itself may look appealing, I feel it’s important for future guests to know that the host was neither accommodating nor communicative.
