Outside areas are great for relaxing and nice to have an outside pool. In a quiet area but within walking distance to the beach, train station and town. Great hosts. Would definitely recommend. "Breakfast good choice, poached eggs overdone and staff cheerful. Paper thin walls mean you hear every small noise so not great. Lovely grounds to walk in and the nearby Rock Inn pub well worth a visit."

Unfortunately it was quite hot due to it being on the second floor and after a string of hotter than usual days, not helped by the fact that the heated towel rail (from the hot water system) couldn't be shut off. But a great old pub to stay in all the same. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant."

"Lovely helpful staff and a fabulous view from the front of the b&b over Brixham Harbour. Be aware that Brixham is very hilly and parking is at a premium."

"I loved the hotel and the style But while we stayed we had a fire alarm go off at 2am, Which I can say was extremely traumatic thinking there is a fire, The fact it happened wasn’t the issue It was the fact that it went off lasted a few minutes and then went silent and the lights went back out in the room We are all on the corridor wondering and asking each other what to do.there was no announcement no one came round to say what to do, I couldn’t sleep because my heart was racing and my head...
