"The customer services was horrible my room had the worst smell. I had to request another room and had to pay then when I got the new room it smelled so horrible. I would like my money back for the payment of the knew room. That resort will not last if customer services doesn’t change"

"The rooms are really nice but the service and food leave much to be desired. The wait staff at the restaurants is great but the front desk and guest services staff were very slow. It took them 5 hours to send us towels. The hotel had no air conditioning for almost 24 hours. It was miserably hot everywhere. ..."

"The property was clean landscape very good The staff was pleasant, the one bed room unit was clean & organized. My only concern was I didn’t have a functional TV. I could not change it to my preference. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay."

"Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all.
