"Bei der Ankunft im Hotel war die Rezeption leider nicht besetzt.Es stand ein schriftlicher Hinweis auf dem Tresen, dass wir im Partnerhotel Bergström einchecken sollten. Doch wo ist das? Nach einiger Zeit der Unsicherheit kam Herr Steindamm und hat uns freundlich begrüßt und weitere Informationen ..."

"Rummet var helt ok även om det hade en lite märklig lukt, stort och fräscht. Dock var incheckningsprocessen väldigt omständlig, och jag hittade ingen info om att incheckningen skedde vid receptionen till Best Western hotellet som låg in bra bit ifrån. Onlineincheckningen gav oss ett helt annat rumsnummer ..."
