Ok for a quick stay

Balcony is an accident waiting to happen. Outside of condo could use a face lift, looks ratty. AC didn’t cool past 72 degrees. Thankfully I had a fan. It was just OK.

Needs a new housekeeper!!!!

Listing did not state it was up stairs! The stairs were dirty and the handrail was encrusted in pollen. While the unit itself is well appointed, spacious, and comfortable the floors were dusty and there were cobwebs in the corners. One tub did not drain properly and needed to be scrubbed.

Stairs

Condo was nice, clean, and spacious. The only reason I gave the “Overall” rating a four star is because I don’t remember reading that it was on the second floor. That makes it very difficult for individuals with mobility issues. I ended up falling down the stairs and breaking both feet. I spent four hours in the Jasper ER and now I am having surgery. I would not have selected that unit had I known there were stairs. For anyone who doesn’t have mobility issues, it’s a nice place to stay.

Enjoyed!

This property, for golfers, was perfect! I was skeptical looking at the outside from the course but glad I took a chance! It has a perfect setup inside and the patio overlooking the course was ideal in the afternoons to sit out and watch the golfers. The cover over the patio was great for the sprinkles of rain and kept me and my computer dry. The check in/out process was super easy. The owners even left things in the refrigerator to be used. My only complaint was it was dirty. It looked like the floors had not been cleaned in months. My socks were black after walking on them. There was tons of dust on the vents and ceiling fans and hair mixed with dust in the bathrooms. With all that said, I would still come back!

Fishing tournament

The place was clean and beautiful. All essentials were available. The host answered my question soon when I I was inquiring to rent. The first night we got there we had no electricity for several hours. The wifi was not working well and we did not even have a good cellular connection. There was no way to contact the manager as there was no phone number listed, and the app for Vrbo was not working. We did not have an option to communicate.

Sam Rayburn get away

Clean, plenty of room, well stocked, comfortabler beds, room to park with boat, quiet. Close access to multiple boat ramps. Great host, very responsive.
