    Other things to note
    Scenic cabin setting: Wandering Pines is located in a peaceful, wooded area surrounded by tall pine trees. You may see wildlife or insects common to the region. We maintain regular pest control, but this is part of the natural cabin experience.

    Road access: Timbuktu Road is gravel all the way to the cabin. Please drive slowly, especially at night or during wet weather. While we cannot control road signage on the main road, we send detailed Waze directions and step-by-step driving instructions prior to arrival, which we strongly recommend following in case cell service is limited. The drive in is scenic and often a guest favorite.

    Cell service & WiFi: Cell service can vary by carrier in this area. Fast WiFi is provided at the cabin and works well for streaming, messaging, and remote needs once connected.

    Weather awareness: Weather in Broken Bow can change quickly. Rain, heat, or cold may impact outdoor activities. Power outages are uncommon but possible during severe storms.

    Hot tub use: The hot tub is professionally serviced year-round. Please follow posted instructions and keep the cover secured when not in use. Temporary closures may occur during extreme weather or maintenance for guest safety.

    Fireplaces & fire pit: Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are seasonal and may be unavailable during warmer months or burn bans. Please follow all posted safety guidelines.

    Quiet, family-friendly area: This cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood. Quiet hours are enforced to respect neighbors and the natural surroundings.

    Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced for comfort and safety.

    No parties or events: Parties, events, or gatherings beyond the registered guest count are not permitted.

    Exterior security: Exterior cameras monitor the driveway and outdoor areas only. There are no cameras inside the cabin.

Family Vacation Success!

Our family of five had an incredible stay at this beautiful cabin Wandering Pines in Broken Bow, OK. From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right. The cabin had everything we needed—and more. We took full advantage of all the amenities, from cozy evenings by the firepit to peaceful mornings on the deck with a cup of coffee. The layout was perfect for our family, giving us space to relax and reconnect.A huge thank you to Jennifer and Troy for their quick communication and clear, thoughtful instructions throughout our visit. Their attention to detail made everything smooth and stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind and make lasting memories with family.

Labor Day get away

Dreamy Cabin

We had so much fun! The cabin was a perfect size for our crew. I had a an 18 month old, 3 year old, 5 year old, and a 6 year old. They loved the swings, the little stream, and we spent so much time out on the beautiful deck. This cabin felt secluded enough, and is in a wonderful neighborhood. The beds were extremely comfortable and so were the linens. When we would go off to explore the town we always had excitement to return back to the cabin. Highly recommend and hope to return!

Girl Trip

Absolutely beautiful cabin with cozy at home feel! LOVE the shower and outdoor patio! Did not bring the kiddos on this trip but would make the perfect place for a family getaway. Had a bit of trouble with the purchasing of property damage insurance thru Vrbo but the property manager/owners were excellent in their communication and understanding of troubleshooting to make the rental process a little smoother. Troy and Jennifer were definitely a pleasure to work with…thanks for providing the opportunity to enjoy your cabin! ;)

Beautiful Adventure

The Wandering Pines Cabin is beautifully decorated. Very chic, relaxing and inviting. There was obviously a lot of love and care put into every detail. My kids had a blast enjoying the awesome bunk beds, swings, and hot tub. We played several rounds of cornhole and enjoyed the very nice grill. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The primary shower and bath are gorgeous. This Cabin allowed us to get some much needed rest, family time and make some great memories. I cannot recommend Wandering Pines enough. We are already planning our next trip back.

Weekend paradise

Wandering pines is an absolutely gorgeous cabin! I took my family and a few of my sons friends to celebrate his 21st birthday and we had a blast. The master bathroom is amazing! We enjoyed a lot of our time out on the patio it was very inviting. This is the perfect place whether it's a romantic getaway or celebrating a special occasion. The beds are comfortable and we had everything we needed. At the end of our stay my daughter had misplaced her phone I reached out to the property managers they responded very quickly and were very diligent and helping locate her phone! Would highly recommend this place and definitely plan on making another trip out in the future. Thank you so much Jennifer and Troy for the amazing experience 💗

Best Bachelorette weekend ever

Sleek but felt like home! Photos didn't do this place any justice! Absolutely gorgeous! Quiet and serene. Would have loved to be able to use the fire ring as the weather was perfect, but there was a county wide burn ban in effect. Definitely next time! Beds were all super comfortable, don't think i moved an inch all night! The shower/ bath combo was amazing, but would recommend throwing down a towel or shower shoes for traction, as it is slippery. House rules were reasonable and easily attainable. Definitely saving this cabin for future bookings!

Thanksgiving getaway

Outdoor fireplace was NOT working and we were NOT informed prior to our arrival. The owners should have communicated this information since they knew it was out of order. The outdoor patio could NOT be used without the fireplace since it was so cold. This feature was one of the main reasons I chose the property and planned to sit outside and watch football and enjoy the hot tub with my family. Unit is nicely decorated and had decor up for Christmas which was a nice touch! It could use some nice thick bath towels and more storage in the kitchen for the food items you bring. Overall we enjoyed our stay and if fireplace in working order then a 5 star rating.

An amazing contemporary nest in nature's cradle with the most courteous hosts

We are so glad that we came across Wandering Pines! It was my husband's birthday and the quiet person that he is, loves spending time in the woods with his family and pets. Wandering Pines seemed to be the perfect place for that and I reached out. Trust me, Troy and Jennifer, are the best hosts. They are understanding, gracious and genuinely care about your family. They were prompt sending out instructions to enjoy broken bow and directions to get to the property in case we lose network. Throughout the trip, they stayed in touch when we needed them. They are uber thoughtful! Coming to the cabin itself, it is just as beautiful as you see in the pictures. With a contemporary set up, we instantly fell in love with every little detail and amenity in the cabin. From stylish dinnerware, to bedding, every inch was picture perfect and instagrammable. Beautiful large windows, open out to every scenic detail around the property. Kids loved the bunk bed and they said, it was the best place they had been so far. 5 large TVs placed strategically, helped the adults unwind at the patio while the kids enjoyed some TV time upstairs. We spent most of our time in the patio -grilling and , gazing at the pine trees. Rain washed out our plans at the fire pit but we did spend some sitting around and chatting up in the morning. The stream and pine trees made a good setting even during the day. We left Wandering Pines, wondering when we will be back to enjoy the fire pit, soaking tub and the hot tub. Reach out to Troy and Jennifer if you want to make the best memories at Broken Bow with your family.
